« The property was neat and clean. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good and better than most at other motel chains where we have stayed. There was a burned out bulb in a lamp, the digital readout on the clock was not functioning properly, and a window shade would not go up or down properly. « Overall, the hotel itself was clean, and the indoor pool was well-maintained, clean, and safe to swim in. The AC worked well, and the room was comfortable enough for an overnight stay.
However, my biggest concern was the hotel's use of a remote Customer Service Kiosk instead of an in-person front desk. As a Deaf traveler who relies heavily on lipreading, this system was very difficult to use. I had to communicate with a representative through a TV screen, and there were no captions available....
