Booked vrbo room thru expedia, belvilla was host, was denied room when I arrived even though I followed all directions and presented voucher, building manager claimed all reservations for that building had been cancelled the morning of check in to accomodate a group that wanted to extend their stay. « Ad was very misleading for "Airport Lodge". It was nothing but a basement apartment in a back alley. We never received any information on this reservation pertaining to the access code. We spent a good half an hour in front of the property trying to contact Expedia and the owner. We followed directions and walked to the back of the house for access. We are senior citizens and there was no way we could have treked our baggage that distance. We had to find a place more accessible for us and asked...
