« The customer service is unfriendly. No one said "good morning" when they saw us in the morning, coming down the stairs or entering the hotel etc.
At late check in we were asked for a $100 CASH deposit that was never mentioned beforehand. I verified with another staff member the day after who said I did not need to pay that. Which led me to believe it was a scam.
We got sick during the stay because of the AC unit that smelled like mold and humidity. Not to mention that water literally was...

« 9/10. This Hampton Inn was a nicer choice in our trip to San Antonio. The contemporary styled room was spacious with two queen beds. Front desk was friendly and very helpful.
With that said, there were several minor maintenance issues. The keyed lock needed a reprogram to open. One light bulb was out (it was fixed quickly) when we entered room. When I called the front desk, they could hear me because the room phone had some issue. And the shower knob was loose. Nothing major but they do leave...
