Our cozy cottage in Kimball with 2 bunk bed bedrooms is the perfect retreat for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. This is a 2 bedroom cottage. Each bedroom has two sets of bunks, bottom bunk is a Full Size mattress and the top is a twin. Each room is hardwoods with a rug between beds along with lamp with USB charging plug.

Living Room and Kitchen
The living room has a couch, and several lazy boy chairs. There is a flat screen TV that has HULU Live TV on it. There is also a Two Person Video Game for the Kids entertainment.

The Kitchen a fully equipped just like home. There is a kitchen table/chairs and there is also a Washer and Dryer. Just bring washing detergent and you are also set.

Exterior Set Up
All our cottage have a fire pit with chairs provided. We also furnish wood to burn but ask for a donation to help keep things fully stocked up. This cottage also has a horse shoe pit on the right side of the cottage. Also both cottage 1 and 2 are fenced in together with plenty of parking between both cottage but if over run is needed there is a large parking are behind the cottages. All our cottage come with good FLAT parking areas to accommodate trailers, vehicles and UTV's. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
