Hôtels capsule à Kimana

« Extemely angry at our treatment at this hotel. Would recomend avoiding at all costs. We did not want food during our stay and brought are own however the staff made food anyway and guilt tripped us into eating it. We then asked for costs or prices and were told the food was free and inclusive to our stay. Sadly this was a complete a lie and at checkout they tried to charge us 25 pounds a person for each meal. Even the small pack lunches with half a sandwich and an apple. The staff then lied and...

« I was told that there were no reservations, so I couldn't stay. I don't know if it was the hotel's fault or Expedia's fault, but it was the worst. »

A éviter donc! »

« Great staff excellent service no complaints. Moses was a great game driver he found all animals we wanted to see. »

« Disappointing level of quality, tents are not very clean and very basic, food is average »

« The view ist great. Right under the Killimanjaro. Thomas, the owner ist a good Guy. Our room was new painted. So the bathroom of the master bedroom was not useable. Bathrooms have no Windows, always wet. Outside is still construction side. So Always wear shoes. There ist a new Pool. Accommodation is not lockable, better, it would be, but there ist no lock. Good for one ore two nights. »
