Meilleures chambres d'hôtes à Kima Bajo

« The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation. However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was). Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp. »

« Les chambres étaient bien, lits confortables. Par contre au restaurant, c’est l’enfer, on a attendu 2h30 pour un spaghetti et 45 min pour un coke. Il y en a, après 2h30 ont quitté le restaurant car ils n’ont pas été servi. Nous étions juste 2 tables (2 personnes et nous une table de 6)… »

« I booked this hotel for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay! They loved the beautiful hotel and views, and they had a lot of fun at the mini water parks. The only downside was the poor phone connection and the Wi-Fi not working. Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay! »

« Très bon séjour reposant. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Grande piscine. Chambre vaste. Excellent jus de mangues. Massages très professionnels. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. En revanche la plage n'est pas très pratiquable. »

« Very good for a night »

« What a grand lobby, in its day this must have been magnificent. Rooms are tired, staff were very helpful. »

You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...
