Great for a short break
"Located in a secluded environment adjacent Tumut-Nimbo River with lovely mountain views. Friendly staff & comfortable room in Gundagai Suite. Quality toiletries & good wifi speed. Superb dining operated by Three Blue Ducks. However, access to the property is via ~2km of unsealed road."

"It is a lovely retreat for couples or singles with theirs pooches. Surrounded by hills. Close to town but no traffic noise. The only thing we would of liked is an outdoor covered area to watch the lighting and watch the night sky. Restful and relaxing."

Comfortable and Quiet
"A suggestion would be to install a dishwasher. the bathroom fan needs to be stronger to remove steam. Blinds outside or inside bathroom for privacy, if window is to be open for airflow. Back screen door not able to be locked. Would stay again for a few days."
