« This property was lovely. The room was little older than I thought it would be, but nice. The Hanalei Bay was wonderful, everyone was very kind and accommodating there and location can not be beat! Had a few issues and called the prop company and the lady tried her best to help me. Only one caveat was the extra price you pay for fees (resort fee, check in fee etc) at Hanelai Bay Resort. They did disclose this, but at first I thought the property was cheaper than it actually was. Plan on it...

« Appartement charmant, très propre, situé dans un des plus jolis endroits de l'île. A la suite d'une crise cardiaque, nous avons écourté notre séjour et, je remercie vivement les propriétaires du remboursement partiel des nuits inoccupées. »

« Loved our stay! The property was so spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Everything we could need was available. Communication was great. No problems. Would not hesitate to book this property again. »

« Easy parking and a great location. The balcony view was amazing with mountain and forest right outside. It was just what we wanted during our stay. »

« The owner was on top of things and very responsive. »

« Very good communication with the host prior / during the stay. Lots of useful informations communicated. The view is really amazing. The only drawback is the interior and decoration, a little dated for my taste. Washer /dryer a nice plus to have. Comfortable and large bed. »

« Bel endroit, beau site. Plaisant de marcher dans cette petite ‘’ ville ‘’. L’appartement très propre, propriétaire facile à rejoindre. Lever du soleil vue du balcon dans la montagne extraordinaire. »

« The property is in a very nice location, close to our favorite beaches. We did not appreciate the advertisement of the room showed pics of surfboards like they were available for use with the rental and then when you get there a sign on the door states surfboards are for the owner of property and we are not allowed tobuse them. They should just remove photo from listing. »

« Pretty place, clean and full of equipments »

« When we arrived the A/c did not work and it was extremly hot outside.. then there was missing a bed for someone in our groupe (for who we paid extra).. we tried to call someone but it was only the next day that someone came to make one... »

« The condo had everything as described in the listing. It was perfect for my wife and I and our 2 kids. Chairs, boogie boards, full kitchen made it the perfect home base for our north shore adventures. I would stay again for sure. »

« Endroit parfait pour rayonner sur l’île. Ne manquait rien. »
