Bien situé et terrain bien aménagé, c’était un plaisir d’y marcher pour se rendre vers la plage. Unité 102-A très bruyant, on entend tout des voisins.

Bel hôtel, beau quartier
L'hôtel est très bien et situé dans un beau quartier avec plusieurs restaurants tout près. Belles plages juste en face.

Location was perfect if you like quiet beach towns. The beach was so beautiful and totally within walking distance. The pool was also very clean.

Die Zimmer sind in einer Überbauung, welche nicht zum Hotel gehört. Es gibt ein "Office" welches für das Hotel das Check-in und Check-out macht. Für alle weiteren Anliegen bekommt man eine Telefonnummer um sich zu melden. Houskeeping kommt nur alle 4 Tage. Im Zimmer hatte es Ameisen. Im Badezimmer, in der Küche und im Bett. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme mit Houskeeping, waren die Ameisen nicht weg. In der letzten Nacht wurde uns dann ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, davor haben wir 3 Nächte mit Ameisen im Bett verbacht. Nicht zu empfehlen....

Avoid Maui Banyan at All Costs: Disastrous Disregard for Guest Health and Refunds! My dream Hawaiian vacation turned into a nightmare thanks to Maui Banyan's appalling disregard for guest health and basic customer service. Over a week before our December 23rd arrival, I called to cancel due to a sudden RSV outbreak in our family. We were well within their cancellation window, yet they refused any refund, citing a strict policy. Their policy may be "strict," but their morals are clearly nonexistent. They were willing to gamble with the health and safety of other guests, potentially exposing them to a highly contagious respiratory virus, all for the sake of clinging to our hard-earned money. The lack of empathy and basic human decency was astounding. Their website boasts "family-friendly accommodations," but their actions speak a different language. They prioritize profit over the well-being of their guests, creating a breeding ground for illness and disappointment. If you value your health and appreciate ethical businesses, steer clear of Maui Banyan. Their disregard for guests' well-being is appalling, and their refusal to budge on a clearly understandable cancellation is nothing short of shameful. Spread the word, and let's hold businesses like this accountable for their irresponsible and unethical practices.

Room was super musty and smelled our clothes up with staying five nights. Will not return as it’s super old rooms and not cleaned properly.

It's closeness to the beach was very convenient. The grounds were well manicured. Pool and barbeque area was a welcomed amenity. Walking distance to restaurants and shops was short. Only drawback was the paper thin walls between units. Lucky for us our neighbors were fairly quiet. I would definitely book this resort again.

My neighbor was loud and it didnt bother me till they tried to send me this note. I’ll try and attach but shuttles or rides around would be nice to know cause I played golf also. She was mad about my tv playing but it was never as loud as her!!!

The front office staff Shanelle was so accommodating and tried to make sure our wishes were realized. Her friendliness was there to greet us and we appreciated her caring so much.

Great location across from the beach. Unit was clean but had a musty basement odor- not too over powering. Plenty of clean towels and washer and dryer. A/C worked great. Pool was warm and hot tub was hot. Would stay here again.

They have no one working outside of 9-9 and the the keycards demagnetize easily. I got locked out in the morning which could have been worse since the after hours people did not respond. They did not make up the room at all during my 3 night stay.

Would have liked to have a cooktop in the studio unit. The beach towels were very thin. We previously stayed at Waldorf Astoria for 4 nights so can't complain about this unit was a bit step down but it was adequate for us since we mainly use it to sleep & shower.

We arrived right At 9 PM and as I was coming up to the sliding door to the entrance the woman came and locked the door and told me through the Glass to pick up the Phone to the right of the lock box and call security to get a code to get into the lock box to retrieve the keys to the room. I called security and they told me to pick up the Phone to the left of the lock box and call someone else who would give me the code. I picked up that Phone and a someone answered , asked my name and told me they had no such reservation, refused to take my confirmation number and told me to call Travelocity. I called Travelocity and they tried to help but told me no one was answering their call. I then picked up the Phone on the left of the lock box and again explained the situation and was told the same thing ‘they did not have a reservation under my name’ and wouldn’t even take my confirmation or reservation number because they couldnt find that I had a reservation. After several minutes of talking and asking did she think I should just go sleep on the Beach I was told ‘I need to talk with my supervisor’. I was put on hold for who knows how long and finally a security guard came up , opened the lock box and surprise,surprise there was an envelope with my name on it. The room was lovely but because it was part Business trip part relaxation,I was unable to get on internet next morning. Someone came but could never get connected and had to go somewhere else to get on WIFI for work.

Extremely clean! Had all the things you may need to cook a simple meal. Lots of Instacart options, with deliveries within an hour. Beach is a 5-minute walk.. second time staying, would stay again!

The room was decent & clean. It was better than my expectations. My only issue was the noise of the bldg fan/exhaust fan in the bathroom that ran all night long. Other than that, I highly recommend this property.
