« Would definitely not recommend staying there. The staff is lost although polite and nice, but have no idea what customer service is about and entails.

« I highly recommend Akira Hotel. I had an incredible stay. The room was in pristine condition. The large balcony with a view over the garden and city was a highlight. The restaurant and bar were also excellent. I will return any time I am in Kigali. »
