All'arrivo mi assegnano una camera "standard" benché prenotata una "superior". Alla reception sono lenti, macchinosi, devono chiedere ogni momento conferme telefoniche. Disarmante. Alla fine la spesa della stanza si rivela ben superiore al previsto. Perché a loro detta non esiste una "superior"

Nice hotel with proximity to the Olympic Stadium

Les + : I liked good location and good food at the restaurant. Breakfast was good though I had to pay on top of the room rate.

Situation : Olympic stadium
Overall good hotel with its perks, the pool and food serving right in the lobby. There were few downsides which probably was my personal experience (lack of luck rather). Almost every day I had to go back from the 7th floor to the reception to get my electronic key (card) re-charged as it would not open the door. In the morning I would find an envelope suggesting me to visit the reception to pay a city tourist tax. I could not understand why I could not pay at the check out. I suggested I'll pay this at the check-out which they happily agreed but I was still getting envelops. The other thing is guest supposes to put some fund deposit on your room number which can be used in the hotel afterwards. I mistakenly didn't and every waiter whole week of my stay reminded me that I have no deposit and can't put bill to the room. I didn't mind to pay right there but just got feed up with such reminders. Worst experience was that I was flying overnight from London and arrived to Kiev airport at 4.30am. I was at the hotel at 5.30 and learned that I could not check-in unless I pay full day. 50% pay only starts from 6.30am and I was asked to wait, which I refused. I did book flight+hotel package on expedia, but didn't receive any prior warning. Understand that hotel follows it strict condition leaving you no chance of guest tolerance. I contacted expedia support team, but there are no negotiations from them either, leaving me feeling frustrated and cheated.

Pleasently surprised (for Ukrainian standards). Clean hotel, good location - not the city center, but very close to the Gulliver mall and business centar. Decent breakfast, English speaking personell...The only bad thing is that rooms are facing eastwards and sun blinds can not stop sun rays - so be preparded to wake up early. Otherwise - can be recommended.
