Le personnel est tres sympathique et gentil mais l'hôtel est vetuste. La chambre sentait l'humidité et le moisi, malgré l'aération. Les matelas sont vieux: on sent les ressorts et c'est tres désagréable. Les murs sont tres fins et on entend beaucoup les voisins a côté et au dessus.

Hôtel correct
Chambre bien insonorisée, mais pas d’aération. Il y faisait chaud. À proximité de l’autoroute. Il y a des fast food, pizzeria sur le parking.

Odeur de vomi dans le couloir. Chambre affreuse, moquette sale, appareils non branchés dans la salle de sport. Salle de petit-déjeuner sale (tables non débarrassées, poubelle pleine...), pain rassis dans la corbeille, champignons non cuits, viennoiseries et thé indisponibles, jus vides....

I called hotel to check about room and options as I am disabled told them the needs for a safe stay ect on arrival paid went to room bed was so high one I was unable to get on it and as I can fall out of bed on occasions it was dangerous went to reception they said bed hight was same in all rooms including accessible rooms didn't want to refund me we were arguing for over two hours we couldn't find anywhere else to stay and room was dangerous for me so we ended up trying to sleep in our car

THE ROOM WAS DEFINITELY GRUBBY. WE MOVED THE BEDS TOGETHER AND MOVED THE BEDSIDE TABLES AND THE DUST WAS VERY APPARENT. ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED ON DAY 2 AND DIRTY TOWELS WERE STILL ON THE FLOOR WHEN WE ARRIVED BACK IN THE EVENING. RECEPTION DID GIVE US MORE TOWELS WHEN WE ASKED. BODY WASH/SHAMPOO CONTAINER WAS EMPTY AFTER ONE SHOWER. BREAKFAST WAS HOT ALTHOUGH THE CHOICES WERE NOT REPLACED QUICKLY ENOUGH WHEN GUESTS WERE DINING. PASTRIES WERE SEEN BUT ONLY 6/8 WERE OUT AT A TIME AND THEY SOON WENT BUT NO OTHERS APPEARED. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY

Das Hotel ist 20min außerhalb von Oxford, gübstig an der Autobahn gelegen. Viele Parkplätze und ein großer Foodcourt sind direkt neben dem Hotel. Leider waren beide Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt und das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war nett und versuchte zu helfen.

It's a good hotel for the traveller to stay for one or two nights!! Also it's great value for money. Staff are very friendly which is a good thing really.

This is a buffet hotel of course but the entire hotel is exhausted. The rooms are just dirty from overuse. No amount of cleaning will help. The staff were very nice and helpful. I'd stick to Premier Inn next time. Their branches are largely cleaner.

The female manager was wonderful and very friendly. The rooms are ok but very tired looking. The bathroom needs re grouting etc and the walls were dirty in places. But the bed was comfy and I slept well.
