Le Pullman de Khon Kaen est un hôtel de classe
Une nuitée très agréable, comme à l’habitude. Un hôtel très confortable, une chambre très spacieuse, une literie impeccable, une propreté remarquable. De plus, le personnel est efficace et très courtois.

Un séjour agréable
Séjour agréable dans un hotel confortable que j’ai déjà fréquenté à plusieurs reprises. Chambre spacieuses belle salle de bains, lit confortable. Peu de changement depuis la dernière fois si ce n’est que le petit déjeuner n’est plus aussi bien : moins de choix, les croissants avaient presque la forme de croissants allongés mais pas de goût et un peu rassis, le jus d’orange n'était pas fameux non plus. Mais dans l’ensemble, le constat est bon

Check-in et check-out rapides. Super hall d acceuil. Staff très professionnel. Chambre vaste,calme,bien aménagée. Literie extrêmement confortable. Les extérieurs de la piscine datent un peu....(à rafraichir ou à embellir) Tarif élevé mais c'est normal au vu des prestations.

Bonne année dans le nord
Moi et ma conjointe on a décidé a passer le nouvel an à khon kaen. Cet hotel est bien situé et on a bien apprécié notre séjour. Hotel parfait pour famille , il y a tout ce qu'il faut! Meilleur hotel de khon kaen selon moi.

Un hôtel surclassé mais peu de choix à Khon Kaen
2ème sejour dans cet hôtel surclassé. La lenteur lors de l'enregistrement le dispute à celle du check out. Les boissons d'accueil sont vraiment chiches, pas de lounge contrairement aux autres hôtels de la chaine. Cela étant, le chambre était spacieuse, claire et bien équipée.un hot

Très bel hôtel dans la tradition des Pullman. Le petit-déjeuner ne comporte aucune spécialité thaïlandaise.

Très correcte
La situation de l'hotel est parfaite à coté des restaurants et des magasins. Mais à mon avis l'hôtel pullman se repose sur ses lauriers!!! Chambres vieillottes auraient besoin d'un ravalement et la piscine froide comme jamais. Le centara hôtel qui est son principal concurrent est nettement au dessus j'y est séjourné il y a 6 mois....sinon j'ai quand même passé un très bon séjour.

Luxueux et pas cher
Un hôtel à ce point grand et luxueux que sa présence à Khon Kaen en est très surprenante. L'hôtel est superbe. Le groupe Accor à passé son enseigne de Sofitel (grand luxe) à Pullman (business executive) mais je trouve que c'est un peu sévère car il est luxueux. Son faible taux d'occupation apparemment chronique permet de bénéficier de tarifs ultra-compétitifs pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Once majestic hotel still has amazingly large rooms with amazing views and a certain ambience about it. But everything declining year on year, rooms need refitting, little things like toilets less well maintained, cupboard drawers not sliding in well, and generally under maintained, service levels gradually dropping too. No main Christmas tree for first time when have stayed at Christmas. Everything feels a bit tired, but it still is a special place and enjoyed my stay. Sadly without closure and full refit this will soon be a cheap budget hotel.

Hotel room was a great size, nice bathroom and bath, furniture chair fabric was a bit stained, could do with dry cleaning. Only 2 Engish TV channels and they not good. Great food and bars in walking distance . Friendly staff , room service was nice
