Walking Distance to Mountain House Base Area & Village w/ Slope Views!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom Slopeside unit sleeps 6 across a Queen in the Primary bedroom, Queen sleeper-sofa and Queen Murphy bed. It features a spacious living room, granite countertops, hardwood floors, ski slope views and walking distance to Ski School and Mountain House base area. Slopeside offers shared amenities including outdoor hot tubs.

Upon entering the unit, guests will find a bench, closet and hooks to hang their items for ease of access as they come and go. The spacious living room features a flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, satellite cable and a sound bar for a better audio experience. There is ample seating for guest consisting of a large couch, that doubles as a Queen sleeper-sofa and two armchairs. There is a Murphy bed next to the TV for the ultimate sleepover. Enjoy natural sunlight, slope and village views with large windows surrounding the living room. Off of the living room, guests have access to a large shared balcony and stairs leading to the base of Mountain House and the surrounding village.

The kitchenette features granite countertops ample storage space and a dining table for three. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals as well as a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. There is a dishwasher, mini fridge and 2-burner stove top.

The primary bedroom is on the left side of the living room, opposite the patio door. The room features a Queen bed, surrounding windows, natural light, and ski slope views. There is a clothing rack for guest use and closet space can be found in the living room. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination, granite countertops and new tiling.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Ongoing problems

This is the second time we are renting from the same company two different apartments, we had the same issues. The apartment location is very good. Check in was ok, We needed to get to the office to get the key and right after our issues started. our flight was late, so all was going on at 3am... 1.

Inaccurate description of the property

These are the facts:Don’t assume that when it says “refrigerator” in the description that you will actually have a refrigerator. If you can identify the mini refrigerator in the picture and assume that is all you get then you did better than me. Also don’t assume that it will have a standard size stove/oven. If you can identify a two burner top with no oven you did better than me. Also don’t assume a full size sink unless of course you can identify that as well in the pics. Again, you did better than me. The entire kitchen is basically in a hallway and is less than 6’ long. I measured it. The whole place was very dirty, had rust on the baseboard heater, broken towel rack, dust hanging off the ceiling fan, get the picture? It might sleep 6 but I definitely don’t recommend it. I also don’t recommend bringing any food to cook because there is no where to store it or cook it. The host said everything was clearly identifiable in the pictures. Hmmm?Don’t waste your hard earned money on this place.

One word...Convenient!

Everthing about the experience of this condo can be summed up with the word "convenient." Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Location of the condo was AMAZING! A literal 3-5 minute walk right to a ski lift and one of the ski schools. Ski storage was included making getting ready each morning a breeze.The condo itself was cute and cozy with plenty of furnishings to accommodate 3 of us. We had a bit of trouble regulating the temperature as the bedroom held more warmth than the rest of the condo, but removing some bedding and using the box fan in the room made it perfectly comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this condo 100%.

Ski trip

The location is great, very short walk to the lift. Place worked out good for 2 adults and a teenager. Kitchen is small, only a mini fridge and no oven. The murphy bed was ok to sleep on. There is no closet space to put your stuff in, the few drawers are stuffed with extra beddings. The management company was really great, very helpful. Overall we would stay here again.

Property was ideally located near Peru lift for easy walk in and out skiing. It’s a ground floor corner location so there’s a little noise from people outside. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with equipment, though several items had to be washed before use. Mini fridge means mini, think micro without a pizza box or gallon of milk. The TV cycled up and down with volume until everything had to be unplugged for a reset, management was not useful. We’d stay again as it was a good trip with minor complaints.

Amazing spot for skiing easy access!

The managing company was always available, with a person answering the phone! Even printed a new parking pass for us on Easter Sunday evening! You can not beat the location. We felt so spoiled being footsteps from the Peru chair Lift! The property kept clean towels out for the outdoor hot tub and the fire pit going all day/evening - both with beautiful Mountain Views. We loved the locked garage parking and warm hallway ski lockers! We can’t wait to return again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Keystone condo. It was very quiet and a good price for the space. Ground floor unit, but with semi-private balcony so you could just walk out to the patio and hot tubs. Just clarifying--no pool. Maybe that was made clear in the description, but I thought there was a pool. It's an end unit as well, so nice views, and quiet, and didn't feel like a ground floor unit. We usually stay in bigger spaces, but the Murphy bed allowed for comfy sleeping for our family of 4. Description says it could sleep 6, but that would be very tight, heads up. We spent most of our time out on the patio and at the hot tubs and, being summer and the off season, we LOVED how quiet it was, and the fact that we basically had the whole place to ourselves. Steps from great walking along the river, which we really enjoyed.

Great Unit and Location

Pros: As close as you can stay to a lift, clean, close to hot tubs, nice parking facilities, overall a very nice unit and we would book it again. Cons: Unit with occupancy for 6 only had 4 towels. After several requests additional towels were supplied on the afternoon of day 2 of our stay. Advertised towels at hot tubs were never supplied during our 3 day stay. Checkin requires leaving ski area after 4 pm to drive to property office and pick up keys. No oven in unit.

Brothers Ski Trip

My brother and I stayed here over a 4-day weekend. The property was perfect for the two of us and all of our gear. The location was perfect proximity to the mountain and to the pub. The hot tub was perfect after beating ourselves up all day. I’d stay here again! The check in process was easy and parking was never an issue.

Nice room with poor check in experience

Room and location were nice and as advertised, however the room was not ready until well past the already late check in time resulting in a missed dinner reservation. When management was approached they offered $20 with the stipulation no negative review is given. Hot tub area wasn't cleaned or re-stocked on towels.

Location location location and great price

If you want easy access to slopes, this is it. Comfy bedding and despite galley kitchen, it was easy to cook a meal with all the gadgets. Ice maker down the hall and excellent hot tub with mountain views. Garage parking. For a family of 4, I thought 1 bathroom would be a challenge, but it wasn't. The only negative is that it wasn't as clean as I was expecting but nothing gross.
