🌡️ Colorado mountain homes are not typically equipped with central air conditioning. Thanks to Keystone's cool alpine climate, summer evenings generally range between 45° and 55°F. Opening the windows cools the home naturally, and portable fans are provided throughout.
🏔️ Keystone sits near 9,200 feet. Take your first day gently and drink plenty of water while you adjust.
🦌 Moose are common in the willows behind the home. Please enjoy them from the deck, never approach, and keep dogs close.
🪪 Primary booking guest must be at least 28 years of age.
🎉 Timberline Lodge is a private residence. No parties or events.
🌲 Check-in and check-out are unavailable on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
🕒 Early check-in and late check-out are unavailable so our team can prepare the home to Premier Collection standards.
📅 Reservations are accepted up to 12 months in advance.
