There is no better mountain escape than this brand new luxurious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath vacation home that is located across the street from the ski lifts of Keystone, a mile from River Run Village and just down the street from The River Course golf course. This newly constructed 4-story home in Keystone sleeps 13 across two king beds, two queen beds, a twin-over-queen bunk, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features two living areas, two balconies, full-size chef's kitchen, private two-car heated garage plus modern and high-end finishes throughout. There is also a brand new private hot tub located on the balcony. Additionally, you are just minutes from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, Frisco and all that Summit County has to offer.

As you enter the property either from the main entrance or via the heated garage, you will find yourself in the oversized mud room offering hooks and a storage bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. On the second floor, or the main entry level, there is a spacious second living area on your left with incredible mountain decor, a smart T.V. and a queen size sleeper sofa with a private balcony overlooking Keystone and surrounding rocky mountains. Beyond the second living area are three guest bedrooms, the first offering a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second features a king-size bed and ensuite bedroom. The third offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a sitting area. There is also a wine cooler, a wet bar area, and a full bathroom featuring a double vanity and a steam shower.

The third floor features a half bath in the hallway and two more bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity and separate toilet area. In addition, there is a washer and dryer located in the closet for your convenience. Across the hall is the fourth guest bedroom featuring another queen guest suite with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Head up to the fourth floor to the top level where you will find yourself in the beautiful, spacious open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area offers a 65" Smart TV, heated hardwood flooring, and a gas fireplace with a huge, comfortable couch. The main balcony is just past the living area and offers beautiful views of Keystone Ski Resort. The full-size luxury chef's kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and large refrigerator as well as a wine fridge and ample cabinet space. Hosting dinner would be a delight with seating for 10 at the dining table as well as room for 5 more at the breakfast bar. Opposite the balcony, you will find the back patio area that overlooks the oversized hot tub in the backyard.

January ski trip

This property was perfect for our group! Everyone had space. Kitchen was easy to cook in and had all the necessary tools and cooking supplies in addition to some spices. Plenty of dish soap, garbage bags, etc. 2 dishwashers made it super simple to keep clean dishes with a large group. Only request would have been dedicated hot tub towels or more bath towels.

Keystone Mountain House

Not a lot of details at the property that would have been helpful. Digital guestbook didn't give much about the home. Needed to call management for combination to hot tub lock. Thermostats not responsive to temperature control. Maintenance came and got gas stove connected and working. Nice home was comfortable for our 7 adults and 20 month old. Very helpful to get the high chair delivered. We are cooks and kitchen was minimally equiped. Enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.

Super-Sized and Nice Location

We rented this home for an 80th birthday celebration for 11 family members. The size was perfect for our group. Lots of space to spread out and 5 bedrooms. The main living area had room for cooking, dining, and lounging, although there is no bathroom on the main floor, guests must take stairs to level 3 for a bathroom. This wasn't a problem for us, but guests should be aware. 3 stoves and 2 dishwashers made cooking for our group a breeze. Amazing view and the outdoor space is plentiful, however although the listing shows a firepit, it is not available for renters. I was informed by the management it's an HOA restriction - in speaking with the neighbors (who were using their firepit) I believe it is restricted for renters only which was a huge disappointment. Also, the home has 3 decks which are wonderful for a setting like Keystone in the summer, however the HOA prohibits outdoor furniture! Again, I can only assume the HOA would not allow a short-term rental to have outside space that may result in groups of people "disturbing" the neighborhood - like the firepit. This was highly disappointing as being outside is one of the big reasons we came to Keystone. Other reviews listed a circuit breaker issue - it is still a problem as circuit breakers CONSTANTLY tripped for main washer and main wine/drink fridge. Maintenance was notified. Overall a very nice and roomy location - it would be 5 stars without the dumb HOA restrictions and electrical issues.

Amazing! The view of Keystone mountain from multiple rooms. The hot tub was nice just off the back deck. We cooked every meal in the high end kitchen and the 2 dishwashers made clean up easy.
