This professionally managed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome sleeps 8 with a king bed, a queen bed, and two bunk beds. It features a deck on the second level with slope views. The private hot tub is on the lower level patio. There's an updated kitchen, private garage, and private laundry. High-end linens throughout. The Mountain House Base Area lifts are just a short walk away.

Take advantage of the amenities at Keystone Lodge & Spa that include a pool and fitness facilities by purchasing a daily or weekly pass. About a 5 min drive from the townhome.

Head upstairs to the entryway of this split-level town-home. From there up the stairs to the main level where you will find the kitchen, living room, and a guest bedroom. The living area features a large flat screen TV and a gas fireplace with stone surround. The vaulted ceilings create a spacious feel and there are plenty of windows allowing for natural light. There is a small seating area off to the side, perfect for curling up with a good book. Just off of the dining area is access to the private deck that offers slope views and a grill.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a bedroom with a queen sized bed featuring Ivory White bedding and a flat screen TV. The main level also has a full bathroom.. All bathrooms feature granite countertops and are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom is upstairs on the second level and features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, jetted tub and double sinks.

Back downstairs on the main level is a guest bedroom. This bedroom features a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV.
The lower level contains the third bedroom, a small den, a mudroom and access to the private hot tub and garage. The bedroom features a flat screen TV and two sets of bunk beds. One set has two twin-sized beds, while the other has a twin-sized bed on the top and a full-sized bed on the bottom. All beds feature Ivory White Bedding. The den has a couch and a loveseat and allows access to the partially covered patio that has a private hot tub. Soak your tired muscles in the hot tub after a day of adventure without having to walk through a lobby or wait on another group of people to leave. The guest bathroom on this lower level has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. There is also a private washer and dryer and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. This is one of the better ski condos we've stayed in through the years. Great decor and a beautifully stocked kitchen with plenty of room and seating areas. There is an easy walk to the Peru lift and Mountain House base. We'll definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The home was as pictured. The furniture and beds were comfortable, as were the pillows! The hot tub was also great! We had been notified ahead of our arrival that the fireplace was not working, which was greatly appreciated. We have had a few experiences with rentals where something was not working but received no prior info! We will be back!

Amazing

Property was amazing. Clean and updated with modern finishes. Was place to hang out with my growing teenage kids. Location was a little farther then where we normally stay but I actually liked it just as well as it was closer to the slopes then some of the places we have stayed at in River Run Village. The shuttle stop right out side the Condo was super convenient to get around as well. Great quiet place to be with the family. Thank you.

Great location for skiing

This is practically a ski in/ski out with the Peru lift being just on the otherside of the road. If you want to head to Keystone village, the bus stop is right out the back door. Plenty of space, clean, well stocked, and the hot tub was hot! Would absolutely book again.

Great townhouse in amazing location

Townhouse was beautiful, clean and perfect for two families (total 4 adults, 4 kids). Located right in the middle of Keystone, a short walk or shuttle ride to the villages and lifts. The private hot tub was perfect for apres ski! Highly recommend!

Favorite place in Keystone for ski trip with friends and family.

Great location and large enough for 8 adults. Great kitchen and cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a 4 night stay the last 4 days of 2022. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, and cross word puzzles. We hope to stay at Drew’s place again in the future. David and Alice from Dallas and friends from Ft Worth and New Mexico.

Awesome Family Experience

I brought my children all in their 20's and my grandchild of 3 yrs. To experience something I Experienced as a teen. Colorado Sking. They had the best time and some are even coming back this month to board. This house was absolutely perfect for our family. Great place for our family. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was room for everyone. The second guest room could use a new bed/mattress but not a deal breaker. It was clean, updated and in a great location. We would stay again!!

Wasn’t certain about this cabin but fell in love with it when we walked thru the front door. Perfectly furnished to meet your needs. Loved the rustic feel and still had all the modern conveniences. A short drive to mountains every direction. Loved it!

This property was as advertised...great for families and/or friends, clean and convenient to the ski lifts. Only one setback...don't park alongside the unit, which is on the corner. One of our vehicles was severely damaged by a huge chunk of ice that slid off the roof, which had no snow guards on it.
