Main floor: Kitchen, dining area, living room, 1 bedroom (king bed), 1 en-suite bathroom with steam shower, 1 half bathroom

Upper floor: Living room, 1 bedroom (king bed), 1 en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom (queen bed, twin bed), 1 en-suite bathroom

Lower floor: Living room, 1 bedroom (king bed), 1 bedroom (queen bed, twin bed), 1 full bathroom



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, with 3 stairs leading up to the front door, the private hot tub, and on-site parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway only. Street parking is not allowed. There are locked owner closets and drawers throughout the home that are not for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Keystone, this home's backyard connects directly to the national forest, offering serene mountain views. In the summer, enjoy exploring the trails right out your back door or taking a short drive to Lake Dillon for boating and water activities.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for reaching nearby activities; activities should include boating, hiking, ski resorts, golf course, restaurants and other area attractions. (or something to this effect). Please note that street parking is not allowed, but there are four total parking spaces provided with all four spaces in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days.
