hotel efficace
Même si un peu loin du centre de ski système de navettes très efficace donc nous avons été très bien servis mais on ne peut pas en dire autant de Expédia. Nous avions réservé deux chambres pour 4 et 5 jours quand à notre arrivée on a voulu raccourcir le séjour d'une chambre de une journée Expédia n'a jamais voulu rembourser cette journée ni l'Hotel d'ailleurs. Avec ce manque de flexibilité nous ne réserverons plus par Expédia. De plus les tarifs affichés sont inexacts car l'Hotel nous a tout de même chargé 25$ plus taxés par jour pour chacune des chambres...

Hotel calme et accueillant
J'ai séjourné dans cet hotel lors d'un congrés, le cadre est tres agréable, au milieu des montagnes, l'hotel et les chambres sont confortables et le personnel est tres accueillant. Seul petit desagrement, mais independent de l'hotel, a ete le mal de l'altitude!

This is an old property. Leaky ice machines, noises from the bathroom vents even after being moved. Small elevators make carrying luggage in the carts difficult. The people are great but the property is mediocre and in need of an update.

The staff we came in contact w were great, Emme at the bar, friendly & amazing mixologist, a service staff, I think Sheri was also very friendly and polite and then lady but not least (so bad) Jackson, Valet was Super, they all were but we dealt w him mostly Can’t wait to come back

Love staying on the first floor with patio access and pool. Hotel seems a little outdated. For example 1 microwave for the whole floor to share. Refill water location only available in the looby.

The spa and lodge are very well maintained. We certainly took advantage of the heated outdoor pool. We had a large party there and the management helped us all get rooms on the same floor. Excellent place to stay.

The roads were all closed, and did not even get to the resort. We had paid the extra insurance in case there was a problem, they did not honor the insurance and we were charged the full price. we reached out through Expedia, with no resolution. I don’t respect a place that’s willing to take money for a service they did not provide.

Only stayed one night. It was perfectly fine. Property does need more hot tubs since Lakeside is sharing the facilities.

THIS PROPERTY IS EXCELLENT BUT THE MAIN PROBLEM WAS THEY STICK YOU WITH A SUPRISE MANDATORY RESORT FEE ONTO YOUR STAY THAT WAS NOT CLEARLY ADVERTISED ON EXPEDIA PRICING. BUYER BE WARE AND READ FINE PRINT. I WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY IF THE TOTAL PRICE WAS CORRECTLY SHOWN ON EXPEDIA PRICING.

I liked it , but for these prices it is overrated. Rooms are allready expensive for these prices, old fashion, but when you check out , you pay 40 dollars lodge fee, plus 35 dollars national forest fee for EACH day, and also for the food which is ok, but not special,prices are way to high.. And we had 1 massage for 50 minutes costs 195 dollar ex tax! Makes me smile even harder feels like a joke!!!!!!!!!!! So I do NOT recommand this hotel..

The staff at the Keystone Lodge was very friendly and accommodating. They took the time to have a conversation and make sure they were meeting all of our needs. I was concerned about the parking situation, but the enclosed walking path was convenient and quick. Our fridge was not working but after making a request maintenance came within 30 minutes and had it repaired very quickly. Our room had a ski lodge vibe and plenty of space, but the best part was the incredible view from our balcony!

Really noisy, sound travels through the walls exceptionally well. No thermostatic controls in the room. Beautiful view, great linens and bed. Inconvenient parking unless you valet. Staff were very friendly all the way around.

Inadequate response to an electrical problem
My family stayed from Dec 26 to 30, 2023. EVERYDAY, I called the Front desk because the the lights in the bathroom and the entry foyer went out. Even if I leave the door open, it was still dark bec the foyer lights were out. You can just imagine how cold and dark the bathroom was, I mean, freezing cold, in the middle of winter. The front desk, I guess, will call somebody, then lights will turn on, and then they turn off again, within a few min. Most of the day and early night, we were at the ski slopes, so I don't know how much of the problem happens. The first time I was told to turn the light switch on, and I said it was on and that is why I knew the lights were out. The next time I called, they can give me a voucher for coffee or wine, which I was not interested in at all, I just want them to fix the bathroom and foyer properly, and not just to do a "band-aid fix". No other fixtures used. I was told that they are just so busy, and I said that my complaint is very valid for them to address. This kept on going until we left. The room is about $600 per night, but I sure did not feel happy at all about the room. I wanted to talk to the manager to complain but the person was not available. My inconvenience turned into aggravation. I have never stayed at a hotel before with a recurrent problem that was not addressed properly. When my family went to Breckenridge, we did not have any problems at all with the hotel. I gave 2 stars for the convenience of shuttle transportation.
