You'll see Mt. Rushmore from the front parking lot. The room shower needs a repair, does not switch to shower in full but keeps running in the bath mode halfway. Body and hair towels were small and thin.

This hotel does Not have any place for a dog to relieve themselves. You have to literally walk all the way across the parking lot to a small strip of grass. By no means is this a short walk.

A bit dated and worn, but a nice clean room and friendly staff. Would stay there again if visiting Mt. Rushmore.

The property sits atop a hill with wonderful views. The rooms are a bit small and make note that the beds are double beds, not queens. The shower drain was gross with hair and soap residue.

Very quiet comfortable stay. Very close to Mt. Rushmore and Chief Crazy Horse monuments. Good breakfast included with stay.

We were re-directed to the Ramada inn below the Baymont. Although the Ramada Inn was acceptable, we were very disappointed that when we arrived at the Baymont, there was a sign on the door telling us that they were closed for the season and that our reservation would be accepted down at the Ramada Inn. Why wasn’t this told to us when we made the reservation?! That was a total bait & switch. Show a beautiful 4 star hotel in the website and then direct you to a 2 star motel? Totally bad business!

We were not informed until we arrived at the hotel that it was closed for the season and we were relocated across the street to the Ramada. While that was fine, it was disappointing that we were not informed about this at the time of booking so that we could have rescheduled our trip for when the hotel and other attractions were open. So the whole while, we were expecting and preparing for a stay there, which was changed when we arrived unfortunately.

First off, never even got to STAY at the Baymonet. When I got there, sign said it was "closed for the season" and to to go the Ramada down the street. So after driving for 8 hours I had to go to a hotel without a reservation I knew nothing about and had done no research on The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were a bit dirty and worn, My man compaint is, if the hotel was closed for season why did you take a reservation for it? This added a ton of stress that I didn't need, as I was afraid I was in a city with a room reservation Very, very uncool AND n uncceptable business practise. If you're closed, dont take reservations

It’s absolutely beautiful views in the heart of Keystone close to Mt Rushmore. Wish it wasn’t off season to enjoy the pool. Overall great experience and highly recommend it.

The property was closing for the season, which was not mentioned when we booked. When we showed up to the property, they claimed that everything was “broken”!? The pool, the hot tub, the vending machines, the ice machine, and machines for the included breakfast had all supposedly broken two days prior. So amenities that we thought we were getting with our stay we’re not available! Including half the breakfast items were not available. The first hot water was unavailable, and when it was took literally five minutes for hot water to come out of the shower. Overall seem very poorly run and might as well just been closed.

Amazing! For the price and convenience to Mount Rushmore and several things we were looking to do this hotel was a home run! Chris checked us in and by the end of the trip we got to know the entire wonderful staff. Rose, Lisa, Max and McKenzie went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a success. The crisp mountain air, balcony and fire pits were an added bonus. I look forward to staying here again. Mike Dudley

Was pretty run down, not very clean. Our tv kept going in and out. Kids kept running up and down the hallway. The hallway carpet was almost greasy when you walked on it. And it was so packed with people we didnt even feel comfortable going to the pool or continental breakfast

My only thing was the breakfast. There was no choices only biscuits and gravy, sausages, and waffles. Not really a good selection. No eggs no ham no cheese. The service at the hotel was great the staff was great. My only issue was waking up everymorning to that depressing breakfast

I liked the location and the view. Facility was clean. Didn’t like: while breakfast was cooking, our room smelled like the kitchen.

We loved our stay here. It was in walking distance of Keystone and a short drive to Mt Rushmore staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Very clean!

Three floor property. Elevator out of order, multiple vending out of order. Temperature in room was really difficult to regulate. Either way too hot or waay too cold. Breakfast was fine-standard. Overall fairly loud. That being said, close to My Rushmore-can see from the property.
