Between its exposed-beam ceilings and views of the surrounding mountains, this two-story condo is full of cabin ambience - one that's conveniently situated near year-round recreation in Keystone Resort's Lakeside Village.

This two-story escape is part of the Tennis Townhome Condominiums, offering a community heated pool, hot tub, and sauna for ample recreation. Off-site, you'll enjoy the property's close proximity to Keystone Tennis Center, the Keystone Conference Center, and Keystone Lake (including the winter ice rink). The Mountain House Lodge ski lifts are just over a mile east; the Keystone Nordic Center is only two miles west. There is a shuttle stop to the mountain right outside the door. Come summertime, tee off at the River Course (two miles) or the Ranch Course (four miles), both within a short drive.

Large windows and natural wood accents fill the condo with warmth and atmosphere, making it a delight to return to after a day of adventure. On winter evenings, curl up by the gas fireplace to thaw your icy toes, stream a movie or two on the smart TV, and watch the snow pile up outside.

In the warmer months, light the gas grill for a barbecue on the deck and settle in with a cold drink, a seat at the outdoor table, and a view of the mountains. When it's time to turn in, choose between one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs - all paired with full bathrooms, TVs, and great windows framing the alpine landscape.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The weight and number of dogs are highly enforced by the HOA property manager, so please adhere to the guidelines. Fees will be taken out of the deposit.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very Unpleasant Stay

Our stay at this property managed by Vacasa was very disappointing. First, the light in the ceiling fan in the master bedroom would not turn off because it is only controlled with a remote that did not work and there is no wall switch. There were also no new batteries for the remote. We had to climb up and remove the bulb to turn it off so we could sleep. Next, the smoke detector alarm in the unit went off starting about 5 pm one evening. We did not know why it went off and could not reach it to unplug it. It was so loud that it could be heard from the parking lot. Despite contacting Vacasa immediately, they refused to send anyone out to fix the issue because their local staff do not work in the evening. There is no one to help you after hours. After enduring the alarm for three continuous hours we were forced to leave the property and stay in a hotel. Afterwards, Vacasa said my family should not have left until they sent a technician the next morning and we should not have stayed in a hotel. This was impossible under the circumstances. Vacasa’s lack of responsiveness and poor customer service made our stay a terrible experience.

Overall fine

We chose this property because we needed a dog-friendly option. The property was very clean and the location was great. Like the title of the review says, overall it was fine. We had issues with the thermostats. They were all "locked" and would not go above 66 or 67 degrees depending on the thermostat. This was during the "cold snap" weekend so it was in the negatives and single digits. The property was easy to get a hold of in general, but getting someone local to come help was not. Someone came out late the second day without notice. He was friendly but was unable to fix the issue. I was told someone would contact me about fixing it because it was not comfortable in the home and I never heard back for the entire stay. Fortunately my husband was able to figure it out so we got some more heat. There were a couple cabinets that were broken in the kitchen and overall the property was lacking in some amenities that we have become used to at other rentals such as Kleenex and hand soap in all the bathrooms. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows and the kids enjoyed the karaoke machine.
