Deux salons (un au premier Ă©tage et un au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage) offrent une occasion unique Ă  votre famille de s’étendre. La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e a tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en quartz et un grand comptoir avec 6 tabourets. Dans l'un ou l'autre salon, vous pouvez vous dĂ©tendre sur notre canapĂ© confortable devant les nouveaux tĂ©lĂ©viseurs intelligents HD Ă  Ă©cran plat. Cette maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e en face du lagon d'eau de mer salĂ©e et Ă  seulement quelques pas de la plage au bord du lagon qui peut ĂȘtre vue depuis le balcon - une excellente configuration pour les familles! Les adultes peuvent regarder les enfants se baigner dans le lagon tout en se relaxant sur le balcon protĂ©gĂ©.

While we had a great time, the property was clean and loaded with supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, pretty full kitchen - much more than other rentals), if you are renting with older people, keep in mind the 2 flights of steps. Property is smaller than appears in the photos and 2 of the 3 bathrooms are very small. All in all, a good trip.

Several of us stayed at this townhome during mini lobster season 2023. The house is in a great spot and very comfortable and nice! We had to pay for a slip at the marina for the boat which was a little unfortunate due to price but that’s my only complaint.

Spacious, clean and updated. Only downside was parking and the boat ramp. First interaction with front gate was met with frustration. Guard was put off that we had 2 jet skis and commented there was limited parking. The guard was not helpful in locating parking as there are abundant signs that state “tow away zone” or strictly for owners use. I am unsure where the disconnect lies however the listing is clear that there is ample guest parking and enough for 2 vehicles and a trailer. I however, did not contact the owner for assistance. Perhaps something to resolve if you plan on having more than 1 vehicle and/or a trailer. The boat ramp is not ideal, covered in algae, extremely low grade angle which limits it as a viable put in. There is also a submerged curb that at low tide is less than a foot below the waterline which extremely limits when you can utilize the ramp.

The place is amazing! Clean, modern, and I love the beach/boho themed decor. You can see tropical fish in the lagoon, and kayak's are provided. They say you can swim in it. The water was clear in the shallow, but not so much in the deep, so I didn't feel comfortable swimming. Kayaking was nice. The listing says ocean front, so I was thinking we would have a short walk from the front or back door to the beach. It was a 5 min walk to the Jetti, and the beach is not nice. The water is hot, not clear, there's grass, rocks, and man made sand. However, this is how it is all along the Keys. I found that out when we went beach hopping an hour and a half south of Key Largo and all the beaches are this way. You have to have a boat to go out and see the pretty clear waters and coral. I wish I would have done more research before this trip. This place was probably the best part of the trip, because at least we had a nice place to come back to.

This was my first time using Vrbo and this place was spectacular. Very clean and had all the necessities and then some. The beds were very comfortable and had fresh linens. Washer and dryer was so nice to have in the unit. The amenities (pool, lagoon, fishing pier) were all enjoyed by my family. The unit is located at the perfect spot within the resort and close to the pool, lagoon and a short walk to the pier. I definitely would recommend this for your next stay.

We stayed here for spring break. Property was great and a good size for a family of 4. Kids had their own large beds so could have fit more potentially. Seaweed made the marina a little smelly that time of year (April) but was concentrated to just that area. Property is in walking distance of a Dolphin encounter non-profit where for $15 a person you can go in and watch the dolphins swim which was a family favorite.

This is a very nice property. It is a center unit with one small bedroom on lowest level. The other two bedrooms are on the third floor. The bathrooms on the lower level and main are very small
.very small! Which was a surprise and was a challenge for a few of our friends. The upstairs bedrooms are nice size but lack storage and there are no hangers. The upstairs bathroom is very nice. The pool is small and not very many chairs. There is no restroom for pool users. We thought the location was great. And we had a nice time there

The community amenities are gorgeous. 2 days here wasn’t long enough. The condo we stayed in was gorgeous and right on the lagoon. One of my favorite stays I’ve had in a long time! Will be coming back and booking again soon!

Great, clean, elegant townhouse. Salt water lagoon was great to swim in and walking out to the point overlooking the ocean was beautiful. Only criticisms are could use more hangars and hooks to hang wet towels, and a welcome sheet with guidance/instructions for tv, washer/dryer, etc. would be good to include.

Property is exactly as advertised! Beautiful view of lagoon, and Large Iguana sunning in tree just outside the patio enclosure! The Good: Lots of room to spread out; gorgeous upstairs bathroom/tub/ shower; beds were SUPER comfy; washer dryer newer and worked great: came stocked with lots of spices and starter coffee and filters (may have been left by previous occupants); third floor patio furniture nicely padded; private. VERY CLEAN! Property Highlights: The clean pool, the jetty you could walk out to see sunrise/ sunsets, plenty of outdoor seating in and out of the sun. Lagoon is full of beautiful fish and lobster. Bought a snorkel mask at Walgreens (a short bike ride away). Clean, friendly Security at Gatehouse and Grounds Staff do a great job keeping things garbage free and tidy. The “However
”s BIG THiNG: (Condo itself) the ground floor level has a step up to the landing and bedroom, then you turn to go up to the main level. Coming back DOWN, turn on the landing, open door into downstairs living room and there’s a STEP DOWN that I missed twice, and my mother actually fell. It’s just a regular step down in the same color tile that needs a sign, or yellow/red tape on the ground level. I had a laundry basket in my hand so stumbled down into the room and caught myself. My mom fell down and caught herself on the pullout couch bar and we spent the day at the hospital. EASY FIX, I am writing to the owners. I just don’t want someone else’s vacation to be spent at Mariner’s (GREAT little hospital and EMS and ER staff!) I pray you don’t need it. It was 100% avoidable. The stairs are steep and narrow. Anyone with knee/ ambulatory issues ((or big feet!) should just put up the money and go stay at the Mariner’s Club as their condos are one-floor living (and gorgeous-my sister stayed there). The third floor patio was missing a screened panel, but I am assuming it’s from a recent storm and on the To Do list as the gnats came out in the evening, and there was a paper wasp nest above it so anyone with a bee allergy would have been concerned. Tiny things: Two shower doors didn’t have plastic/rubber dams so water came out under the door which is no big deal EXCEPT when someone is more susceptible to a slipping hazard. Property (not condo itself) The walkway lamp light was out so it made traversing the outdoor stairs from main floor patio to lagoon walkway difficult (we used cell phone light but I was still not the safest)

The property made for a nice stay for our family of six, with ample sleeping space and multiple bathrooms/showers. The gated community felt safe and offered various amenities for us to enjoy during our short time in Key Largo. Was a convenient drive to the State Park and other points of interest.
