We just came in. Situation super! Big room , but very small bathroom, at the moment, noisy with the outside aircon, floor and balcony dirty. Anyway , it will be a good stay I beleave!

Great place - lots of options.
Great experience all around. Only comment would be that although the beach (sand part) is really nice, for some reason the water floor isn’t cleaned and is mostly covered with vegetation. We didn’t go in the bay water for this reason. Pool is really nice and adjacent to beach area. Still recommend strongly.

We booked for two nights and left the next day after check in, simply because the bathroom of our room was really dirty to shower in. Also, we saw what seemed to look like blood stains in one of the couch pillows. Overall the resort is okay, but they definitely need to invest in cleanliness .

This is a fantastic property that is all inclusive; beautiful landscaping and water front with a beach area and many chaise lounges, outdoor seating with fire pits and beautiful lighting, a tiki hut bar, beautiful pool and hot tub, two restaurants, and on-site rental of jet skis, kayaks etc. You can also book snorkeling and other trips right at the resort. Small but nice gift shop. We had a beautiful and spacious room with a balcony overlooking the pool and a glimpse of the ocean too. Enjoyed the complimentary cookies and champagne (bought OJ and made mimosas!). Only had breakfast there but the food was delicious. Staff (especially housekeeping) were always smiling and took time to speak to us. Had a great conversation with the man in charge of landscaping and he pointed out a few unique plants (we are plant enthusiasts). We will definitely stay there again!

Resort has a very nice pool and beach area. Pool bar has great selection of special drinks. Multiple restaurant options on site. Rooms are spacious and bed quality was good. It’s quite pricey is the only downside.

We got supposedly the best unit a 2 bedroom with full kitchen. Really bad maintenance! Everything old, we decided to cook one night and the kitchen was missing almost everything! For $3000 two nights never again

This property was beautiful. The view is fantastic and lots to do onsite. It is also kid friendly. The dining is good but poolside service the week we stayed was excellent.

Nice pool but it gets very crowded. Food service by the pool is terrible and service in rooms is not up to a four star standard. Good facility and nice friendly staff. Needs attention and improvement.

We have stayed at many Opal resorts. On this trip alone this was the third Opal resort and by far the least accommodating. At check- in there was no one to assist with luggage or even tell us where to locate a trolley to put our suitcases on to go to our room. No one at the check-in desk gave us an overview of the resort or told us what was available. No one smiled, said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. Staff was hard to find. Considering the cost of our room this was a very negative experience for us.
