« Great property, very clean and host was quick to reply. We were impressed with the amenities available (most places don’t have detergent, etc) and the view was amazing! We didn’t have time to go to the dock but it looked very nice! Wish we had time to stay longer. We will definitely try to stay there again for our next family event »

« The property was gorgeous, the house large enough to accommodate our group. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and pool table. The indoor and outdoor speakers were a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this home I had to reach out to our host 2 days before check in to find out how to get in- usually that is communicated earlier than that. « This house has an ideal location to see lots of local sites of interest in the Hyde Park and Poughkeepsie area. Easy trip from there to West Point, Hyde Park and the Culinary Institute from the location, and great restaurant, Tiramasu, is very close. The house is immaculate! The beds were very comfortable, linens were provided, the bathrooms were spacious and the five of us had plenty of room for our toiletries. The house has steps to its multiple levels for all essential rooms, not accessible....

« We had a lovely weekend stay for a quick family get-away. The main kitchen and living area has spectacular views onto the lake as does the deck where we spent most of our time. The lake is just across the very quiet street. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, the host super responsive and the rooms very comfortable. We did not use the well equipped basement work-out and additional TV space but it looked great. Easy to get to grocery store, hikes, local attractions but honestly we just loved...

There were spots for smaller groups to sit together and hang out or to come together and chat. The hot tub was appealing to my 20somethings but it was rainy- next time! »

« We had a very pleasant stay! We came for our son’s graduation from West Point. Pat was a gracious host and made sure that we had up to date info. There were lots of thoughtful amenities, the beds and couches were very comfortable, we used the grill and sat on the deck which overlooks a wooded hill. The location is peaceful and in the country just down the street from a horse pasture. You can hear the brook bubbling across the way. The WiFi worked great and although there is just a window air...

« This place was amazing! The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because check in is way too late. It would have been nice if it was earlier 4pm? Every other place that we have ever stayed whether it’s in US or abroad has always been 3 the latest. »

« The neighborhood was clean, upscale, and beautifully kept. It came with Candlewood Beach access. The second story suite was gorgeous, clean, and well apportioned. The bed was comfortable. The whole house was well maintained and a wonderful,"homey" feel to it. The Hostess was friendly, cheerful, and very accommodating. The house is on the hillside leading to Lake Candlewood. As can be imagined, the views from the windows were outstanding. »

I’m a car enthusiast so I was excited to know there was a nearby racepark which was awesome. Would absolutely stay here again!
