Si vous aimez la musique irlandaise en live comme si vous étiez dans le pub jusqu'à 23h30 voir minuit, je vous le conseille. Le cadre n'est pas propice au repos.

Si vous aimez le confort des Saloons
Cet hotel a une charmante façade mais à l'intérieur c'est la déception. Notre chambre avait 3 lits simples alignés sans espace entre l'un et l'autre et une seule lampe de chevet. La pièce n'était pas chauffée, il faut laisser couler l'eau pendant 15 mn pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Escale décevante malgré les tarifs pratiqués.

Foley‘s in convenient if you are looking to walk around Kenmare and enjoy all the town sights. But we did not like the scent our room - with clearly visible air fresheners. It was overwhelming and not enjoyable and made us wonder what scent was being covered up. Breakfast was included and our party agreed the food was abundant but not particular tasty. We would pass on a repeat visit.

Service in bar and restaurant not good. Staff continued to speak to either each other or ignored us. Food only ok, nothing to write home about. Gap in bedroom door when closed, music loud. Overall we would NOT go back there.

It was a very loud place. I didn’t realize there would be a band playing below our room. It was very difficult to sleep. Breakfast was wonderful.

My first time in Kenmare. The town was great and it was a good call to stay here as opposed to the more touristy town of Killarney. Easy access to the Ring of Kerry, good restaurant and bar at the hotel, live music and rooms were clean. The next time I'm in the area I would stay in this town and this hotel.

Carpet is nasty, beds were terrible. Room was hot, no elevator, no top sheet.check in lady was busy tending bar, and did not return to answer question.

Would not recommend this property for older visitors Firstly there is minimal on street parking close by Secondly there are steep stairs to access rooms Thirdly the pub has live music till 1 am. Even after pub doors closed revellers were outside our room overlooking street till after 2 am Patrick the manager was extremely understanding and allowed us to cancel the second /third nights booked We ended up in Kenmare the weekend of Ironman , not a choice we knew about We moved to The Ashe hotel in Tralee which was a great choice . Both Kenmare and Killarney are extremely busy towns

Great Stay
Foley's was the ideal place to stay as it was in the center of the town. The bed was comfortable and the room was lovely and cool. The food is very tasty and the staff are really friendly.

Cozy, good location, noisy
Room was comfortable enough (although smelled slightly musty) and the washroom was small but newly renovated. The only real drawback to this place is the noise level. Even though we were on the 2nd floor, the live music on the ground floor below was still clearly audible until midnight each night. We could also hear music from the other bars, through the closed windows. This is not an issue if you plan to stay up late but bring ear plugs if you wish to sleep before midnight.

The Hotel was in the middle of Kenmare which was nice. The room itself was very small and 2 people could barely move around. It seemd like it was a single room sold as a double. Well used and not very inviting. Would never recommend it. Yours sincerely

Foley"s was excellent. Patrick was great, as:where his boys Dermit, Paudrig (who is a real character) and the youngest Conner.who worked the bar and Breakfast in the morning. The food was excellent and the rooms were nice. I will definitely stay there againn the next tine we are in Kenmare.!

Great central location above Foley’s Pub. Clean updated room and bathroom. But be aware it is above a pub with a band that plays in the evening, so if you are not a heavy sleeper, or only plan to sleep after the band finishes, this may not be the place for you.

Pros: Conveniently located in the center of town. Welcoming staff. Very clean and great food. Cons: Although we love music and have stayed above pubs before, without issue, it was hard for sleep. Foleys have live music 7 days a week lasting until 11:30- 12 pm. This may be a bonus for some people, but we left tired after our 3 night stay! Suggestion: Maybe do acoustic music during the week and save the amplifier for weekends!

Great stay at Foley's in Kenmare. Lovely town with music everywhere. Foley's has great windows so when closed the room is quiet. Very comfortable stay with delicious breakfast in the morning.

Great place to stay right in Kenmare. Rooms are above the pub so we got to hear some music and walk right up to bed. Wasn’t too noisy and didn’t go on too late. Would have liked it to go longer actually - a good sign. Didn’t remember requesting breakfast but was on the bill so we took it and was worth it. Staff friendly and beds comfortable.
