« This property was perfect for my friend group of 10. We didn’t spend a ton of time inside, but the deck & dock were a huge plus, plenty of room to sit outside & enjoy the lake. The house even came with some kayaks to take out & the option to use fire pits, grills & bikes across the street. The host was very accommodating when we were having an issue with the AC. « Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull...

« Overall it was fine for the 2 of us and our dogs. House was clean and it had what we needed.Yard could use some TLC and started to see black ants but those 2 things would not stop me from recommending or rebooking this property. »

« Do not rent here- the property has bed bugs. I was contacted by the host while I was staying on property to let me know bed bugs had been found on the property. After weeks of back and forth and a refund promised through vacasa, they told me I was not eligible for a refund. Vacasa customer service is THE ABSOLUTE WORST company to deal with. They are full of false information and do not follow through with any request. »

We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion.
