One night stay before the eclipse. We were getting there late and the owners reached out to me before they left the office so we made sure to have a place to stay. The place was a little dated but had good Texas aesthetics which we really liked. This could easily work for an extended stay as well. Got to park right by the room.

Worth every penny
Hospitality was absolutely amazing. Easy to find. Close to food and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again and plan to when/if we come back to the area

Quiet and cozy room with amazing staff
We were pleasantly surprised and the owners were so very sweet and accomodating for us. They kept in communication making sure we had everything we needed. The only downside about the room was there were no windows to see outside. Otherwise everything was amazing. Thank you!

The property is older but so updated and clean. A very pleasant place to stay. The owners go out of their way to make your stay a great experience. Second time we stayed there and will be back.

Homelike stay! The suite had a full real kitchen. Shout out to the daily cleaning lady who’s attention to detail while working around my “stuff” was very appreciated! I’ll stay again during my next trip back to the area!

Yes, I bet it was terrible for you. You were asked to leave because you and your family are gross. You are not welcomed back. Go ruin someone else’s property.

Good Value, nice staff.
Basic hotel suites with larger rooms than a typical hotel. Full kitchens with basic items. Little dated with a futon for sofa, but OK. Pillows were kind of flat. No TV in bed area, but we did not miss that.

Outdated and smells musty; I’m busy road
The pictures are misleading and look like it is actually on a ranch or farm and is actually on the side of a very busy street. The rooms are very outdated and are musty smelling. The bed seem to be clean, but the room just smelled musty or mold. Probably due to the old carpet. The one gentleman I met at the front desk was very nice.

Sorry to hear you were not happy with your stay. The location of the property is not difficult to ascertain. The rooms are intentionally rustic, not outdated, and most certainly do not smell musty. Perhaps a luxury AirBnB would be a better fit for you during your next visit to the area.

Ranch Suites is a no frills location but is always clean and well-maintained. Kitchen and “suite” type set-up make the rooms feel homey and spacious and well-stocked with all of the essentials needed. Common areas are tidy and inviting. We will definitely be back when visiting family in the area!

Great property to stay. Felt very welcome and saw they had a grill and a deck to eat on. . Staff generously put a plate knife andbfork in my room so I could enjoy a steak for dinner. Step out of bathroom, an unpleasant experience
We were 3 guests, but only two towels were provided. The step out of the bathroom was surprisingly difficult. Guests should be told several times about the step-down out of the bathroom.

Sorry to hear you didn't have enough towels. More were of course available upon request. As to the step-down out of the bathroom, we've never had a complaint about this before and I am not sure what we could do about the construction of the hotel. In any case, I hope you will stay with us again.

I’m so glad I found this property! Bonnie and Roger made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was cleaned and restocked daily and the turndown service was a nice touch. Thanks so much for the chocolate! I’m already looking forward to my next trip to the area. I’ve already recommended the property to my friends and coworkers. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

We were in town for a funeral, and stayed here because of the price. It was a bit far from where we were going, but were very happy with our stay. The owners were great, and the area was quiet. They had a nice indoor lounge type area, but we never used it. Overall we'd stay again.

Perfect 1-night stay
This was a perfect place for my wife and for a quick 1-night getaway out of the city. The rooms are small but as long as you don’t need them for anything but a bed and shower they are nice and clean and comfortable plus have a microwave and fridge. And the ownership is super nice. Would go back.

Fendi's 1st hotel
We had a 3 night stay and loved it. We met up with an friend of my husband and had a nice spot to hang out and talk. We picked up a puppy and when we brought her back to the hotel they had a treat for her in our room.

Loved it!
We were coming in late from the valley south Texas and the owner called us up to check on our arrival and kept in constant contact. Made us feel like family, as we were taking a small vacation and also looking for our new home in Waco or Temple, Texas.

Carpets need to be shampooed, lack of coffee cups and cookware and cooking utensils. Coffee bar was not stocked the whole time we was there. Was told Friday evening when we checked in that it would stocked Sunday morning I had to go buy coffee and cups so that way we could have coffee. :-(

Sorry to hear about the courtesy coffee being in short supply. Also, thanks for letting us know about the carpet. Each room is stocked with a reasonable supply of cookware, so we'll check that unit to make sure nothing has gone missing. Hope you will stay with us again soon!
