We did not appreciate this hotel at all. It’s like a hospital! Ugly building inside and out, breakfast service is non existent, difficult to get a table and when you get one it’s dirty, the food comes in cardboard plates and cups which get all soggy..... The atmosphere was cold, the setting totally impersonal, we felt like we were in a hospital....

Hotel was clean and staff was really friendly. Breakfast buffet staff was so helpful and kind to our children, I wish I remember their names, there was 2 staff members that went out of their way for us. So thank you. We were impressed with the breakfast. Included some type of eggs, sausages or bacon and a variety of other items. Definitely better than a lot of continental breakfasts we have had before. The hotel provided a crib for our 1.5 yr old and we had a pull out couch for our 4 yr old. Parking was easy, lots of spots in front or behind building. Overall our 3 night stay was great.

Great stay, but be warned very very noisy wood construction. You can hear people all day and night long walk up and down the hallway. There always seem to be multiple sports teams there every stay. Consider yourself warned! .... but other than that great quick stay hotel. Great breakfast too!

Property adjoins a mini mall and highway and is extremely noisy. The lot and surrounding industrial area is dirty and dark at night. Also was charged extra for “damage deposit” and a surcharge for our dog when we specifically ordered a “pet” room.

I liked the location of this hotel. What I did not like was how noisy the hotel was. Kids running around (youth hockey and soccer teams staying over the weekend) could be heard as this hotel is not very sound proof (the floors are very noisy).

The staff were horrible to my daughter and husband. I paid for two nights for them as the airline lost their luggage and they would not let them check in as I wasn’t there. They had no way to pay themselves as their cards were all in the lost luggage. Staff refused to check them in or try to come to a solution. Horrible/rude staff even after I talked to them to approve them checking in under my name. I would never use this hotel
