« Staff at the Lobby is super friendly. Overall the place is fine but could be cleaner amd could use a little refurbishment. Been there 3 nights and not once did the housekeeping staff come. Great location to be near Cedar Point but for the price i would have expected a bit more. »

« The place is pathetic - front desk manager was not only the least helpful person I may have ever encountered in 4 decades of traveling but her lack of empathy courtesy and respect in a bad experience that she could have easily fixed was simply downright mean and left my family without accommodations. She used the fact that her didn’t book directly with her as a spiteful excuse not to help me and kick my family to the curb for what was supposed to be a wonderful weekend. Absolutely deplorable. »

« Microwave didn't work, toilet seat was loose and coming off. Bathroom faucet was all warm water. No cold water came out. Sink cabinet was built with 2x4 and plywood. Counter top on sink was ok. Shower and shower head were very old but worked ok. The new owner said he had only purchased it 8 months ago. Sign said Sportsman tavern but didn't have liquor license to open it. Price was ok and location was good to a lot of amenities and places to eat. Still needs a lot of work. »
