Hi Mary, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed during you stay with us at Leeming Wells. We are not aware that you reported any of the issues you experienced during your stay with us. We would have certainly looked into the problems you encountered if this was brought to our attention. The showers all have additional pumps to increase the pressure and the temperature is controlled by the guests. We will look into this matter to make sure the showers are working correctly, however we have not had any other complaints. The wifi is a bit hit and miss due to our remote location and we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Thank you so much for your feedback, we are very sorry your experience with us did not live up to your expectations.Sadly as we were not made aware of your complaint at the time, we were unable to help you during your stay.Unfortunately the guest next door to your room did have an accident that evening, for obvious reasons we cannot go into detail but it is understandable that you might have heard a commotion. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you were caused. Also, on occasions, we do have to deal with leaks that can cause damp problems due to the wild extreme weather we might endure through winter because of our remote location. We assure you we address the problem immediately if it occurs. If you had have expressed at the time that you were unhappy with your room then we would have done our best to relocate you in a different room that you were happy with. We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused. We have now had this problem sorted by our maintenance team.We would again like to thank you for your feedback.
