« This property is part of a two-apartment house with a bedroom, kitchen and living room (with a sofa bed), and was fine for our group of four for two nights, though a bit cramped while eating in the kitchen. The hostess communicated excellently, and responded almost instantly to any questions. The kitchen had he pots/pans, etc. that we needed. They provided a small, charcoal barbecue for grilling. »

« The place was impeccable as far as cleanliness and super well equipped. It was freshly painted in areas, and could have used perhaps more cure time, but it looked great! Checkout rules were sent last minute- it would be good to list them upfront as I didn't see them until after checkout, but we took care of the things on the list regardless. »

« We will definitely be back. We stay in VRBO homes often, and this one earns top honors as the cleanest we’ve ever rented. The house was a perfect fit for the three of us and conveniently located just a short distance from MTU, which was the purpose of our trip. Everything was comfortable, the beds were great, and the heated garage was an especially appreciated bonus with below-zero temperatures outside. »
