« Amazing sunsets, beautiful secure gated property, close to Kona airport, Costco and Kailua, yet quiet and away from tourists. Door handle is tricky, so just pull handle up instead of pushing handle down after entering code. Higher elevation, so cools off at night making sleeping very comfortable. Sometimes you hear kids thumping around upstairs. Coqui frogs and murmuring ducks provide lovely nighttime orchestra. Bed is comfortable. Host very responsive to needs and may sell you tasty farm fresh...

« The unit is adequate, but could be better. The kitchen was missing pots and knives, the fan and AC vents need to be cleaned. Owner sent wrong wifi info, but quickly corrected that by text after checkin. Other messages/questions weren't answered quickly. Noisy neighbors on the weekend. »

« It was a nice stay with a bedroom separated from the kitchen by a large barn door. The driveway was narrow but typical for the area and we could park right in front of the apartment. It had a full-sized refridgerator but no ice tray and no microwave. Except for the occasional barking dog it was quiet and the coqui frogs sang us to sleep. »

« We just stayed here for a week in March. Location is wonderful and check-in was so easy. Communication with the host was great and there was a contact to text during our stay there that was very responsive. We were there for a week (in March) during the Kona Low storm. For about two days everything around us was basically closed during the storm and we pretty much stayed just in the condo. We were so thankful we had a nice place to stay! The beds were comfortable, there is a good sized living...
