« Room very good and clean »

« We stayed at Gudauri Loft from Feb. 8th to 14th, 2020. Starting with points to improve : - Room not cosy, lacking furniture to store our clothes and things even though there is room for one or two additional drawers -Bed mattress in parent room not comfortable. Very thin. -Room was cold - in particular the bathroom - even though heaters were at maximum. -Ski depot is in basement meaning that there is a stair to climb to reach the slope, which is not easy when wearing ski boots particularly for...

« Good view can see the village but bathroom has smell , the room is not smell good , hair dryer is not working,hot water kettle still have existing water from old users. Last thing breakfast is horrible »
