« Needs more cleanliness, the room walls were dirty as well as we were not able to use the room phone as it was dirty and sticky. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk as well as the cleaning lady but nothing was done. Other than that the personnel was courteous and polite. Helpful when I ask for direction to go to a public transit stop. They have to improve the cleanliness and upgrade the building The bathroom sink and bathtub are very old. »

« The cottage is very beautiful and the lake is very clean. The location is absolutely gorgeous however, the only problem was the cottage is not cleaned when we went there. We have to clean. There’s also no wifi connection. The host, I would say okay but not consistent, not responding when I messaged him regarding the wifi connection. Also, the police came in to our cottage asking how many of us and saying that the owner of the cottage is not registered. Their neighbour on the side were asking if...
