Séjour agréable dans un hotel tres confortable
Hôtel très confortable avec personnel agréable et serviable. Le seul inconvenient si vous logez dans la nouvelle annexe est la vue d’un espace voisin où des ordures sont entassées . Les pannes de courant ne devraient plus étonner personne et ne dépendent pas de l’hotel.

Hôtel confortable avec personnel acceuillant et efficace. Petit bémol avec l’environnement car la vue depuis la fenêtre n’est pas très agréable . Accès facile à plusieurs restaurants de qualité dans le voisinage.

Cher invité, merci pour vos commentaires. Comme l'hôtel est centré sur la ville, la bonne zone commerçante est juste dans sa visibilité. Cependant, avec un plancher bas, la vue peut être obstruée. Si nous avons l’occasion de vous accueillir à nouveau, nous vous attribuerons les chambres des étages supérieurs pour une meilleure vue.

Hôtel bien placé mais vieillissant.
Hôtel bien placé mais un peu vieillissant. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais les salles de bains pourraient être mieux entretenues.

Good property with fitness rooms and pool on the roof. Breakfast was good and so were the attache restaurants. This is a busy area but the hotel is set back off the busy street which is good.

We came to celebrate our 25th anniversary and for the night I forgot I was in Nepal. The bed was like a cloud. The pillows amazing. We treated ourself to a spa treatment and that was wonderful as well. It was a great place to relax and celebrate.

The property could use a major update. However my issue was not with the facilities themselves as I understand getting certain conveniences is difficult in that part of the world. The service from the general staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. However management (front desk) was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. The staff at the front desk weigh down the rest of the staff especially the kind housekeeping and bell personnel.

There were a few mechanical problems with the room, for example , TV didn’t initially work, could open window, flooding on bathroom floor after shower. Minor issues but annoying. Seemed to have difficulty fixing my laundry bill as wee. Not sure if it was the computer software that was the issue or the staff person. Also went to use hot tub but it had been emptied for cleaning during its open hours. Minor irritants.

Quality of the hotel, one would expect everything in order, which it was more or less. But I did not like attitude of staff - waiters in restaurant not being sufficiently respectful and polite. But reception staff was good and very efficient. All in all, therefore only average experience.

It’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s dated. It’s smells. It need refurbishment. I reserved a king bed and got a twin bed. There was hair in the bath. Do I need to go on? It was awful. Basically I consider this fraud. Sold one thing and delivered something else.

This property has two complexes - a more fancy one and a less fancy annex. Right next to each other. Situated at the end of a side street away from the busy traffic. I stayed at the annex and loved that it was more cozy and more quiet. Receptionists very welcoming and helpful. Location of hotel is great - close to tourist district for shopping (easy walk but pollution high and only few minutes by taxi). Clean sheets and clean bathroom. Breakfast is not included in room. Can get a la carte - nice danishes and pastries. Modest terrace cafe on third floor - kind of roof top. Peaceful. Not too many people. Main complex has Italian restaurant. Nice service. Overall had a very pleasant experience and a nice stay. Felt like at home.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the Review. I believe expedia clearly mention the inclusion while make the reservation. The supplement of breakfast is also mentioned. Business Class room is only inclusive of breakfast. Hope you have enjoyed your stay with us.

Very good hotel in an unwelcoming neighborhood
Wonderful room and service, The only disappointing issue is t he view from the room window.. Need to advocate for a clean neighborhood.
