« Beautiful hotel, friendly staff »

« The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet little village, which made the stay very relaxing. It was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, so it was easy to get food and other necessities. The check-in was a little confusing. The reception is at the restaurant next to the hotel, but the sign indicating where to check in was quite small and I initially missed it. A larger or clearer sign would have made the check-in process easier. »

« One-star review Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service. During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...

« Wirklich ein sehr tolles Apartment, Top Lage, sehr Modern. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen. »

« Alles war ausgezeichnet. »

« Lovely place to explore the area from »

« You get all amenities but no A/C only a fan. TV is huge. One bed was baseboard only.... »

« An amazing location. Key was located in the keybox, private parking. The appartement was absolutely perfect, full kitchen equipment. Very close to Germany as we ended up going there more than originally expected (Eibsee, Garmisch-P, Mittenwald, etc.) »
