Châteaux à Karthikappally

« The hotel had no food or amenities. Did not even have a breakfast of any kind. I have never been to such a hotel. »

« Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. Provision for tea/coffee in the room was available. A table chair would have been nice. Nearby dining options are available. The not-so good reviews are mostly due to the standard rooms on...

« Pleasant staff. Very clean et large bedroom, but small window (but al lot of light.) Large shower. Fridge, kettle. »

« Très bel hôtel pour apprécier les backwaters. Service fantastique. »

« This is a very basic 1 star hotel. There are no pictures of the bathroom for a very good reason. Absolutely dingy and disgusting. Bathroom was small, had a stained toilet and a bucket with no enclosure for bathing. Bedrooms are small and again, very basic. Looks even less than in pics. »

« Excellent »

« It was ok. »

« I’ve been to India a dozen times and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book this trip as soon as you can. I’m not kidding. It’s bucket list stuff. »

« Très bon hotel et personnel très disponible »

« Loved my stay on Marvel. Did two nights and enjoyed every minute. The staff was wonderful, professional and kind. Food was amazing, especially the celebratory lunch that was served on my second day. Absolutely beautiful cruise - highly recommend this experience. »
