Dear guest, thank you for your saty. It's a shame we couldn't satisfy you. Our breakfast with its rich selection of fresh and branded products is adapted to the market and the segment and therefore consistent in price-performance. The fact that we will charge a minimal fee for our own (!) parking space is clearly explained during and before the booking process, and also the fact, that we do not have a garage. In contrast to other comparable hotels, the fee is well below the market price. We are not responsible for the construction site on the main road, but the city. We have signposted the entrances to our hotel at all intersections. We would also have been happy to help you briefly over the phone. It's a shame that such conditions have such a negative impact on the overall rating of the hotel. We thank you and remain with best regards from the Star Inn Team
