I guess I never realized I had a smoking room selected for our stay. But regardless. The check in area was awful w the smoke smell, so was the room. The bedding. The pillows. - the pillows were the smallest, not good quality at all. Maybe I didn’t know the area well when booking, but really made me question my stay when 3 officers are standing guard at night for the weekend. Internet/wifi did not work at all, bad phone service as well. Good thing nothing happened to need to use our phones. Only was there long enough to sleep. But probably won’t re book.

Lindsay,We would have been happy to change your smoking reservation to a non-smoking room. We also have additional pillows and are happy to contact our IT department regarding the Wifi if there is an issue in your room getting connection. Please let our front desk staff know anytime you have a complaint so we may assist you accordingly. We do have off duty officers who work for us as security. A property of our size requires security for the safety of our staff and guests. We hope you travel home safely and appreciate your business.

The area was, in my opinion, very unsafe. A resident warnes me to secure my new car very well because people come in and steal them. She had hers stolen the week prior. Also alot of what appeared to be gang activity. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up not staying as we wanted to be in a safer neighborhood

Sherri,I am very sorry someone alarmed you about your vehicle. We have off duty police as our security each night and they keep a very close watch on the parking lot. I'm glad our front desk staff was friendly and helpful during your time there. Safe travels home!

First of all the bathrooms in the lobby are locked after a certain time and the staff doesn’t have a key to open them. Luckily the lady working the desk was sweet and works quickly as possible to let me in my room so that I could at least use the restroom and then complete the check in process. The first thing I saw when I walked into the room was a bug crawling across the table that the tv sits on, and the whole room smelled of stale smoke even though I booked a non smoking room. The sheets appeared clean but the first night I was there I had a hard time sleeping just because I was paranoid about bugs because of the one I saw when I first arrived. Lots of foot traffic in the area around the hotel.

Parking lot was overfull, so i and 15 or so others had to double park along the outside. Door to my room was leas than 100 yards from and faced the interstate, i 70, so it was quite noisy. Somewhat last minute trip, and had very limited options in my price range. Get what you pay for, i guess. Definitely will not stay again.

It looked like the doors had been bashed in multiple times. There was a gaping gap at the bottom corner of our door, at least our grandkids and kids had a slightly better door. Someone yelled through their door to slap that b**ch, when my nonverbal autistic grandson was having a fit. You could hear everyone yelling around you, through the walls.

The entire place had tons of shady people around, there were more than a few drug transactions going on there. There were also tons of people running around in the middle of the night keeping me up, and this was every night not just a single night. The maintenance is not kept up, my door handle barely engaged, then you had to push the door hard to get in, the bathroom fan had rolled up tissues keeping it from making noise. Other than that the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Excellent service, friendly staff rooms were very clean and stocked. Overslept a little, it was not a problem; checked out a few minutes late, they never said one word except safe travels.

All of the rooms have soap and shampoo in them. I am so sorry we do not serve breakfast. Anytime you stay with us and you have questions or need anything come down to the front desk. So we can better service you
