I did not stay in this hotel. The outside looked extremely run down, but I paid for a budget hotel and thatâs part of the deal sometimes. I went inside and the lobby seemed nice enough. And then, I got to the room. It was filthy! There were stains on the bedding, the chairs looked disgusting, one wall had stains all down one portion, the room had very obviously not even been somewhat cleaned beyond âstraighteningâ the bed. I did not feel comfortable staying in that type of room and within thirty minutes I had left. The staff seemed concerned and stated that they would refund if possible, but since I had booked through Expedia I would need to go through them for the refund. I did, and the answer I received was that the management at the location would not approve the refund so they couldnât do anything. I understand this is a budget location, but I have stayed in many of those before and I have always gotten a clean room. This was extremely disappointing all around to say the least.
