Your feedback regarding the absence of our customary reception party and the lack of staff presence upon your arrival is deeply concerning. Rest assured, we are investigating this matter to ensure that such oversights do not occur in the future.I am equally distressed to hear about the intrusion into your privacy with staff entering your room during your stay. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I assure you that we are addressing this issue with our team to prevent any recurrence.Your observations regarding the demeanour of some of our staff members, the quality of drinks, and the service at the Spice restaurant have been duly noted.
