« Absolutely beautiful bungalow. The staff are incredibly supportive and caring. The location is unbelievable - amazing views and very peaceful. The food is of the highest quality and service impeccable. Highly recommend and will definitely return. »

« Very welcoming and friendly hosts, and a delicious breakfast! The room was spotless and the location was perfect — close to everything while still being a lovely and peaceful place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay! »

« Hôtel récent de grand standing qui détone parmi les hôtels vieillots de Nuwara Elya dont les prix sont sans rapport avec leur standing dégradé. La chambre est grande avec une belle hauteur de plafond, la salle de bain en marbre avec une belle douche et robinetterie. Cerise sur le gâteau dans cette ville où il fait froid et pleut tout le temps, une fausse cheminée avec décor de bûche qui flambe et vraie chaleur diffusée; Le tout régulé par télécommande. »

« The views over the valley, the tea plantations and agricultural land are fantastic. The villa is set up on a hillside, about 3km out of town. It takes approximately a 10 min tuk tuk drive into town. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautifully presented, mostly made in wood and looking very smart. The room and bathroom were large, clean and well presented. The whole place is beautiful an dis surrounded by beautiful countryside. »

« The staff at the hotel provided great customer service, friendly and awesome hospitality. The hotel rooms have great scenic views. I would recommend to all guests »

« We enjoyed our stay at Tea Plant, with a very spacious room offering a lovely view — thank you again for the upgrade. Dinner was also good and generous. However, the hotel really needs some refurbishment (leaks, worn furniture), and the staff could be a bit more professional »

« My Wife and I travel a lot around the world and this is one of our favourite properties. The team go out of their way to make your stay as relaxing as possible - from packed lunches for the train to Ella, to visiting the local organic farm where most of the vegetables come from. The food is also superb, we went with half board and each day was a wonderful discussion about what...

« Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hot water ran out in the morning so cold shower for friend. Food was varied and tasty at breakfast and evening meal. Lovely bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff very friendly and helpful »

« + : good view on rice fields, very comfortable bed, very good DIY breakfast in the flat, not too noisy in spite of the main road close by, hot water - : the dampness of the flat with a faint smell of moisture, WiFi did not work properly »
