I would like to assure you that we follow highest level of standards as far as cleanliness by various departments in the hotel is concerned, especially kitchen. We follow all those measures towards ensuring the food is processed following strict guidelines to ensure the hygiene and safety and I assure you that this will be followed up the same way always. I am really sorry about your foot getting stubbed in the room. The step is kept that way only to ensure the wet areas stay slightly at lower level to the room to keep the bedroom dry always.
