Nous avons dormi une nuit dans cet hôtel alors que nous étions sur la route. Bien situé à proximité de l'autoroute (cependant on était l'autoroute durant la nuit), chambre propre, personnel gentil et aidant. Hôtel un peu défraîchi mais c'était bien pour une nuit de passage. Les enfants ont apprécié la petite piscine extérieure bien qu'on y entend aussi l'autoroute.

Emplacement assez idéal le long de la transcanadie
On profite agréablement de la piscine par beau temps, on profite également du petit déjeuner dehors à l'entrée de l'hotel, c'est très agréable.

L'accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire sont très sympa. Le motel est situé en bordure de routes automobile et ferroviaire, c'est un peu bruyant mais la halte entre Jasper et Vancouver est agréable et le proprio se met en quatre pour nous aider, conseils pour l'itinéraire et le restau du soir, pâtisseries pour accompagner notre petit déjeuner.

Property advertised a pool. We selected this hotel specifically for pool use. The pool was not in service, we were not offered a discount either. This Hotel was much more expensive than nicer Hotels in the area without a pool. We wouldn't have stayed there if we knew the pool was not in operation.

Hello TerrenceDue to an emergency repair, we can not open the pool by the May long weekend. This was what we mentioned on the website. We are waiting for the inspector to allow us to open after the inspection..Sorry for the inconvenience

Loved the kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. It was equipped with some cutlery, dishes, can opener and few pots & pans. Had 2 separate rooms for privacy and 1 shared bathroom. Mom travelling with 20 YO son. We peach had our own TV. Very convenient.

Place is old run down and the pic make the room look bigger then they are! The AC was noisy like a diesel motor! I booked a kitchen room and didn’t want to give it and they finally gave me the worst room in the place. My girl forgot her key card and they weren’t nice to her…Be a last resort place to book, nothing in the area.

My elderly mom couldn’t sleep and was coughing and sneezing every so often while staying in our room. Clearly there was something going on within our room because she wasn’t like this prior.

Best bed
It was fantastic, the staff was great, very friendly and provided great service with a smile. The bed was fantastic probably the most comfortable motel bed I have ever slept on.

Staff wasnt very nice nor helpful. Also the place is run down. For a super 8 the worst one I’ve stayed in. And I’m a trucker. Cleanliness TV size and channels. Just nothing was very good.

Its a bed to sleep in. The hotel is on a 4 lane highway next to double railroad tracks. Kamloops is a major train hub so they dont stop. If you're on the backside there's less noise, but feels more shady unfortunately as this part of the hotel is poorly lit.

Don’t expect much. It does the job of providing a comfortable bed and a shower for a short stay. Facilities and room needs upgrade. Our non smoking room still had a scent of cigarette smell in the room.

The free breakfast is garbage and the coffee worst
Basic budget hotel. Check-in efficient. Room smelled strongly enough of smoke to make me cough. Free “breakfast” is shameful to offer - is not breakfast and is garbage. The typical cheap waffle maker, the worst coffee in Canada, some brown bananas, some sugary muffins, some other white flour and sugar stuff, and I think some boiled eggs.

There was no shower in the room. There was a shower head, but no lever or bar to direct the water to the shower head.

Dear guest, I thank you for staying. We apologize for the inconvenience.It was a different kind of shower, and it was still in working order. If there is a problem in the room, you can phone the front desk. The front desk is open 24 hours.

The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to change our non refundable/changeable booking date when our plans got altered last minute without any problems. The heated outdoor pool was wonderful after a long day of driving. The room was a bit small and dated but it was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We were just stopping overnight as we travelled and through town. The checkin went well and the clerk was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
