The hotel and staff were great, the only thing that was a problem for us was the other guests. It seemed as though there was a large amount of some group of people (volleyball team?) Staying in the hotel and they were very very loud and disruptive for us as other guests not part of their group. They sat in the lobby until late drinking and being very loud which made walking in and out of the hotel uncomfortable and staff did not have issues with this when it seemed at the very least they shouldnt have allowed alcohol consumption in the lobby. They also made the pool uncomfortable for our children. They again were unreasonably loud, didnt leave space for others, made rude comments to us and our children and were taking photos of us? The amount of people and the level of noise and the lack of room in common spaces due to their presence were a huge disappointment and definitely made our stay unenjoyable. We did wish staff would have taken control of the chaotic common spaces

We will make sure our staff are doing a better job of communicating with such guests that this type of behaviour is not acceptable. Good for overnight
Overnight stay can’t complain price wasn’t horrible as per peak months, decent sized tv in room and decently comfy bed, no coffee in the room which was a little odd. Didn’t use any other amenities at hotel. Will say it was decently quiet other then road noise which was nice.

All our rooms have coffee makers with coffee, tea and cups, they are above the fridge were also the ice bucket is located. Also, we do have complementary coffee until 7am in the morning in the lobby. The hot tub was great. Kids felt the waterslide was slow...I think the price was too expensive. Beds were comfortable.

The water flow for the slide is set by the manufacturer to ensure safe riding for users of all sizes and as a result it may be slower for a smaller child than a larger adult. My 5 year old son and I loved to large comfortable room we shared. He thought the waterslide and pool area were great! Overall a good location, quiet and very clean place to spend the night. Great for families.

I expected the noise of the highway when I was so close to it. I was disappointed by the lack of good light in the bedroom....It was very dark around the love seat. the lighting in that area was very poor. We are seniors. the staff were very friendly..

Basic,noisy & needs a good clean.
One night stopover.Prestige is not the best name for this hotel.Very basic all round,room we had was very noisy from passing traffic & has loudest a/c unit I have ever had.Went for swim in small indoor pool & changing area didn’t feel like it had been cleaned for weeks.Would not recommend.

We will have our maintenance look at the air conditioner in the room you stayed as they are all new units from the renovation done to the hotel over the last year. Should you reconsider and come back for a future visit we would be happy to assign you a guest room away from any road traffic.

The staff was great, and the room was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. Nothing was specifically bad about the stay. There were just a lot of little things that weren't great. None of them on their own would even be a concern, but all together they added up. I certainly wouldn't talk someone out of staying here, but with the number of hotels surrounding this place, I would probably try somewhere else next time.
