Location good, Staff very unfriendly not a warm welcome quite rude ,not welcoming at all , facilities limited and wouldnt reccomend to anyone .

The ceiling fan in bathroom needs to be cleaned, when turned on it blows out lumps of dirt etc. The door didn’t lock properly, the kitchen floor was dirty. The drainage in bathroom was not great and the water went everywhere.

The smorgasbord food was cold on 2ocassions that we went to dining room. We were not happy that the bedroom was upstairs and bathroom was downstairs. When booking we understood all were on same level., as was still in post operation period.

Very happy with the room which also had an oven. Space was small but adequate. Would have liked to have an information sheet about WIFI which was hidden behind door card and wasn't discovered until the night before we left. If you don't like noise this is not the place for you. Customer service was lovely. Eat somewhere else. The food was not that great. Minimal dessert on offer for a 29.90 price and you couldn't take what you didn't finish back to your room. Staff are helpful.

Hotel was ok but what put me off was the cost of the hotel. Over $400 per night (excluding breakfast) for what is essentially an average motel is ridiculous.

I liked the size of the room, had plenty of space, could easily have stayed there for much longer. Staff were great and the bed was very comfy.

The location is excellent, however the room is tiny considering it was a 3 person room. A little expensive for the type of room, however the demand is there so prices are getting achieved. A bit noisy because on the main road, double glazing would help.

Good accommodation suitable for couples, we were offered upgrades but declined due to bathroom being on different level. Easy access, very quiet and close to all amenities.

It was ok. Oven could do with an upgrade. Small Sofa bed was damaged. Laundry room was out of order. Bit pricey for 1 night.

We booked the kitchen room. Great to provide our own meals after 5 days of eat out meals. Good location bliss to train/ bus station, ships and the race track.

Room service lacked essential items we had to request, e.g cutlery, toilet paper. Check in not available until 3.15pm but late check out also not available. Rooms were clean but looking tired. No bar or restaurant open. Staff were friendly.

Very good accommodation and facilities in the apartments are great. Disappointed that the restaurant is still not open but the room service option is very good. I was also disappointed that my room was not serviced every day this time. The last few times I stayed it was serviced every day.
