Six person family, all adults, had a great time here. The condo is roomy, well equipped and comfortable. No way to beat the location! It's just behind a small merchant mall on the main tourist drag, Ali'i Bvld. Walk through the mall and there you are! Shopping, dining and drinking all around you. Not to mention important (and interesting) historical buildings.

The place was 5 stars in every way. Property management was very helpful and the check in process was fast and simple. The condo is so well equipped from beach towels, to extra blow up mattresses to even having Tupperware for leftovers. I have stayed in a number of beaches house over the years and none have been this well equipped. We will definitely be staying again.

This property really is in the best location. You can walk to shops, restaurants, the Kona Pier. The property is so clean. There’s plenty of bedding and towels. There’s a washer and dryer which is super convenient. The listing pictures show a twin bed and trundle in one of the bedrooms. We were surprised to find a queen bed is now in this bedroom. We made it work anyway but would have planned differently had we known this ahead of time. You can see the ocean from the balcony. We loved watching the cruise ships dock. The communication with the property managers is easy. They answered any questions we had. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you for providing a great space for us to adventure from.

There were some delays affecting our check in process due to the previous renters, as well as a few issues with the condo, however the property manager, Anne, responded in a timely manner. The air conditioning was not working due to a problem within the condo complex, but Anne provided us with 3 large box fans to try to help with the heat, but even with those the condo was usually ~82-85°. Never the less, we still enjoyed our stay and would stay in #409 again. The location was very convenient for our group, reducing the use of our rental car to just a few trips during our stay.

We were amazed at how completely equipped the kitchen was. We do a lot of cooking so it was great to have everything we needed. All the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of towels and linens.

A wonderful property. Everything was clean, modern comfortable beds, very scenic, good location with access to everything downtown, etc.etc. The only negative was that on the 3rd day the air conditioning failed and despite calling the site manager and co-ordinator, they did not get it repaired and on our last day, as we were about to check out, was our 1st contact with anyone about repairing the problem. I would have given a 5 star review if not for the A.C. issue. Len B.

Great location! My teens loved just leaving the place and walking everywhere. Beach and downtown easily walkable. Grocery nearby. Large porch with limited water views. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Kona area.

The condo was clean and well supplied with beach towels, Chairs, and an umbrella. Take them to the little public beach down which is 5min walk down the scenic Kona waterfront. The perfect place to stay! Having a covered garage parking spot was great, too. Everyone from Tim, the site manager, and the local host were all wonderful. The family was very sad to learn the week before our visit that the pool was unavailable for use. Arrived at the condo and the dryer was broken. Tim worked with us to offer accommodations for the pool but sad nonetheless as the availability of a pool everyday was an amenity we planned to use. The dryer was eventually replaced during our visit but again another amenity we had planned to use that we couldn’t. It’s all bad timing for our visit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t hesitate to book with Tim as this place was great!

Location was amazing and close to beach shopping and amenities. Great restaurants. Everything promised, and amenities was there with the exception of an issue with the pool being closed. Didn’t really miss that part of the rental because we went to the beach almost every day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Had a great stay. Location is perfect close to restaurants and shopping. Loved the lanai; was great to relax and look out at the ocean. Lot of items stocked so you don’t need to go buy the essentials. Would definitely stay there again if I am back in Kona.

This flat has the best location in Kailua-Kona 
 walking distance to beaches and great restaurants (so many good restaurants). The flat was as pictured, had lots of towels and kitchen utensils and we were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome basket with fruit, cookies, coffee and chocolates. The lanai was very spacious. Plenty of hot water and the a/c worked great. Can’t ask for more.
