Aloha and welcome to our spacious and beautifully renovated North Shore Turtle Bay Resort 2 Bedroom condo that includes an additional 3rd loft room + 2 bathrooms. Directly outside the living room is a large manicured grassy lawn and the Fazio Golf Course. This gated condo is a short walk to the 5 Star Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay Resort, Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, and a beautiful white sandy beach. Swimming pool and tennis courts on site! Welcome home to paradise!
The space:
The two bedrooms both have large King beds, and the loft room has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed. In the living room, there is a pull out Queen sofa bed. This condo is located in the most ideal location at Kuilima Estates, the ā€œGold Coastā€, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and walk to fine dining at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay Resort.
Guest access:
Enjoy three swimming pools, tennis courts, and pickle ball all close by within the Kuilima West Estates.
Other things to note
Free parking is included with a dedicated parking space, plus space for 1 extra guest spot.
This property is separate from the Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay Hotel/Resort. Guests have access to 3 pools within the condo property. The Ritz Carlton Oahu at Turtle Bay Resort pools and hot tubs are only for Ritz Carlton resort guests.

We had the best time staying on the north shore in the condo. It was super cute & had all the spaces we needed for everyone to comfortably spread out & super comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at the condo & I was able to do some laundry as well. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch every morning enjoying our coffee & the golf course views. Having access to the beautiful Turtle Bay Resort grounds was so great. Our kids played pickle balll & we hiked the trails. We also enjoyed grabbing drinks at the resort bar overlooking the water at sunset. Loved having use of the beach chairs/towels as well for our North Shore beach excursions. Best part of our trip was staying here. Would highly recommend it. Thanks for the awesome stay!!

The stay was great although I wish I had, had a way to contact someone while we were there as I had no phone number and no other way to contact anyone. I wish their had been an outside shower as I hated tracking sand into the condo, although I did try to keep it cleaned up. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends

My husband and I along with another couple stayed here for a week this summer. The condo met all of our needs pretty perfectly. The sheets and towels were of good quality and the beds were both on the firm side but comfortable. Most places in Hawaii are not air conditioned, but this property has not only the window units in both bedrooms that you can see in the pictures but also has 2 split units for the common areas that were a pleasant surprise and make the heat of the day much more comfortable. The bathrooms, floors and kitchen surfaces were nice and clean. My only complaint in the cleanliness department was that all the secondary areas/items (like the decor, fans, AC vents, window screens, baseboards, door slats, etc) were very dusty. Genna, the property manager, was super nice and very responsive when we needed anything. You canā€™t beat the location of this condo, and the golf course view with the beach in sight is phenomenal. While it is not technically a part of the Turtle Bay resort, its on the property and so is very close to all the amenities and restaurants there. Its also at a good central location for the North Shore in general and is only a short drive to numerous beautiful beaches and cultural attractions. Its close enough to Honolulu where a day trip over there is totally do-able, but feels far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again!

The home was filled with all the conveniences we appreciated. We used the beach chairs, towels and boogie boards. We enjoyed the wonderful view with the sunrise and sunsets. We enjoyed pickleball, tennis and basketball. We liked to warm pool for an evening dip. It was a pleasure staying at your home. Mahalo, NR

We loved staying at this property, very peaceful, lots to do. My only negative thought was that the kitchen items needed to be cleaner. Maybe the dishwasher isnā€™t working that well. Thank you for sharing your property!

Property is larger than it appears in listing, nicely appointed & very clean. We enjoyed the pool very near our unit. Also the beach, restaurants, bars and amenities on the resort property, a 5 minute walk from the unit. Ample space for our family. Highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated. We loved that this place was pretty close to lots of beaches.l and to Turtle Bay. Lots of food trucks and restaurants near by. We were able to watch the Billabong surfing competition. That was a bonus.
