Outdoor space had a nice setup with lots of pool toys and places to relax in the sun. The grill was clean and was under an awning so we could use it even though it rained. The communication with the owner was outstanding - we had a slight issue with the hot tub - I messaged him and he was incredibly responsive, apologetic and had the issue take care of within hours. Everything about the house was great - the only "thing" that took us a little aback was the location.
