« We stayed at The Buxton for a few days while our daughter is at Denison, and the location could not have been more convenient. It sits in the heart of Granville’s historic downtown, right across from The Granville Inn for lunch or dinner.Breakfast at The Buxton was delicious, and the staff were helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. « All the main features were fine-comfy bed, clean, and good value, but some updates and repairs are still needed. The faucet’s hot/cold settings were installed in the opposite direction. Also, there is spotty staffing at the reception desk. We had to wait a while to check in because no one was at the front desk. Same for check out! Maybe a weekend when there were too few scheduled? Would still stay again though because of the price. »
